  My five stars is 1000% because of Andrea and Danielle. Those two girls right there are amazing humans. Always so kind, thoughtful and caring. Honestly the best people I have ever met. Danielle was the number 1 reason my husband and I even moved to this place. Then we got to meet the lovely Andrea. These are the kind of people you want running the place! Epic is whole other story though… -.-

  RENTERS BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Terrible overpriced for what you get (moldy window sills and sliding glass door trim - weak and slow service when asked to remove it), laundry room is sketchy af and if you're not there when the dryer is done then you should expect to be missing some (if not all) of your clothes (staff/apartments take no responsibility and offer 0 help). Worst if all is that blonde girl that just sits in the leasing office all day peeping out her window yelling at kids and young adults for parking in the "future resident" spot. Had to resist laughing when she came out almost spitting at us because of this, find a better hobby you nosy little :). But seriously, you're AWFUL! RENTERS BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

  Huge MOLD health hazard around the windows/ patio doors, and even under the carpet near the patio door in my case. Beware if you have children, pets, or are elderly. This place is the definition of two-faced with a tinge of shady car dealership added in. They had me add another person to my lease to meet their requirements and, despite knowing that person didn't even live in this state they still charged double utilities and never told me. They also charge your deposit for normal wear and tear(such as painting over that mold to hide it) when you move out and don't itemize the list of charges except dividing cleaning and repairs, both of which are illegal in this state. I was also charged a 'deodorize' fee on a bill that was dated nearly a month before I moved out meaning they either have a time machine or always charge it which puts it in the category of 'nonrefundable' deposit which is also legally required to be mentioned in the lease(and it isnt). I called their manager three times, leaving one voicemail, to discuss all these issues but never received a call back because my lease was over and at that point they stopped even pretending to care. To top everything off, they wrote the check for what was left of my deposit to both me and that cosigner whom they knew lived out of state so that I cant cash it since we both have to be present to cash it. When I called their office to ask them to write it to just me they were Very rude, blamed me, and refused to work with me saying it was illegal to do so even though the law is very clear that all they'd need was written permission from the other person..and most places are fine with verbal permission.
