Been living here for more than a few years -- it's just fine. It's a huge apartment complex, so... there are always barking dogs at 3am and occasionally neighbors that are possibly off their meds... yikes... but one thing that has been consistently great is the maintenance staff. Especially my most recent requests -- multiple little things to get fixed -- nothing catastrophic, but all needing to be fixed. I requested that no one arrive before 10am [i work late shifts and have weird days off, so did not want to have to be out of bed and dressed before 9am!] Quinn was amazingly considerate -- called to warn me that he was on his way, and didn't knock on the door until 10:30! excellent. He was very nice and polite and got all 3 issues taken care of quickly with no fuss and no mess at all! I hope he sticks around for a while-- the next time i need things fixed I hope he gets the call! thank you Quinn!

We moved here 2 months ago and are very pleased. Management is doing continuous work on updating amenities and common areas as well as renovating apartments as they become vacant. The maintenance staff, most recently Quinn, has been extremely responsive to little issues that come up. We are quite happy with our choice of Brackett.

Alyssa in the front office is absolutely amazing! She is fantastic and always knows exactly how to help. Super sweet. Brackett is my first apartment away from home and I can't recommend it enough!

Just received the cutest card from Sharla in the leasing office! Not only did she go above and beyond to help me but she took the time to send me a hand written thank you for being a resident card! I have been here going on 11 years and this new ownership has the best team of all. Thank you so much for brightening my day yet again Sharla!

Great move-in experience so far. The staff has been friendly, professional, and responsive. Sharla Williams was especially helpful throughout the process and provided excellent customer service. The community is well-maintained, and communication has been clear from the start. Looking forward to living here.
