They are clean, well kept, the lavender that grows around the facility is lovely, there is a pool and TWO dog parks, a gym and a clubhouse. Laticha who works in the office is very knowledgeable, friendly, and her and her staff handles issues promptly and professionally. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

She was always responsive, answered our questions quickly, and helped make sure all of our paperwork and documentation were taken care of. Our family had some unexpected medical emergencies during the move, which made things much more stressful, but Laticha was understanding and worked with us to make the process as smooth as possible. Her communication and willingness to help really eased some of the burden during a difficult time. She has been consistently kind, professional, and easy to work with, and we truly appreciate everything she did to help our family get settled into our new home. I looked at many complexes in a 75 mile radius and found this one has the most amenities - pool, fitness center, dog park, and basketball court. Maintenance (although I haven't needed any) is prompt and very courteous.
