  As a new tenant at Gateway Apartments, I’ve been thoroughly impressed. After a mix-up with the rent price and move-in specials, Mike and the management stepped up and honored the original price we agreed on. That kind of customer service is rare these days! As a disabled veteran, I definitely recommend Gateway—it's quiet, peaceful, and being a non-smoking property is a huge plus.

  As a current resident, I recommend keeping copies of your lease, monthly statements, and all email correspondences. Review your monthly statements carefully, and if you have questions about your account or maintenance matters, request written clarification and retain copies of all communications. Maintaining a clear paper trail can be valuable if questions or any disputes arise during your tenancy.

  I was visiting family in Las Vegas and I am considering moving to Vegas. I toured this property as it is close to where my family lives. I absolutely love it. I toured with Christopher and met some of the office staff. They were very friendly and made me made me feel welcomed. Christopher was very knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. If I move, I will definitely move there. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are more than I expected for the cost.
