  I honestly cannot recommend living here. I moved here in April 2026, and since then we’ve already gone through four different management teams. Every time management changes, it feels like residents have to start over explaining complaints and unresolved issues because nothing carries over. Since moving in, I’ve dealt with a recurring sewer smell, bugs getting into the apartment, and constant maintenance problems. There always seems to be something new going wrong, and I’ve even had work orders marked as completed when the issue wasn’t actually fixed. My biggest concern has been safety. My neighbor’s car was stolen, my own car was broken into, and someone even tried opening my apartment door around 2 AM. There have been repeated vehicle break-ins during late-night/early-morning hours, yet security rarely seems to be around when residents actually need them. The frustrating part is that I’ve personally experienced security questioning and harassing me and my guests late at night, even after I showed proof that I lived here. After speaking with other residents, it’s clear these problems aren’t isolated to my apartment. I’ve heard complaints about bugs, suspected gas leaks, ongoing maintenance issues, and safety concerns throughout the community. I’ve also spoken with residents who have tried to break their leases or are looking for ways to leave because they’re unhappy with the conditions. When this many residents are complaining or trying to leave, management should be asking why instead of making people feel ignored. The property is advertised as a “luxury” community, but the experience does not match the price. Even amenities like the pool aren’t maintained as consistently as you would expect from a luxury property. Residents are expected to pay their rent on time and follow every part of their lease, but it often feels like the same level of responsibility and accountability isn’t coming from management. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend talking to current residents and touring other properties before signing anything. A home should make you feel safe and comfortable, not constantly worried about your vehicle, your apartment, maintenance problems, or what issue will happen next. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this community, if I could give it 0 start I would P.S Damien does not live work there anymore so most of these reviews were for him and its been like 2 - 3 different teams since him

  I’ve lived here for 6 months now, and I am very impressed with the new management team here. Christopher & Jackson have gone above and beyond in helping me with anything I’ve asked them for and are prompt to respond. I can’t express enough how happy I am with change of management. 5 Stars. Thanks guys

  This place seems to be OK, but do not move here if you work online. The Wi-Fi that they have you pay $100 for do not work. It’s a company that they provide for you. There is no Internet connection if you want to sign up with someone else. It’s only good for looking up things on the Internet that will work. But if you try to go live or play your games on PC or PlayStation, Xbox anything that requires higher Internet connection it will not work! Do not move here if you want good Wi-Fi.

  As a new tenant at Gateway Apartments, I’ve been thoroughly impressed. After a mix-up with the rent price and move-in specials, Mike and the management stepped up and honored the original price we agreed on. That kind of customer service is rare these days! As a disabled veteran, I definitely recommend Gateway—it's quiet, peaceful, and being a non-smoking property is a huge plus.
