  No apartment complex is absolutely perfect, but this property comes close. Any minor issue I've run into has been handled quickly. The community is peaceful, neighbors are respectful, and the layout of the units makes great use of space.

  Edited 30JUNE2026: ***Just checked my apartment portal, it shows they have already withdrawn money for my utilities today, lied and put the posted date as tomorrow, 01JULY2026. This is a sketchy practice and I will probably be reaching out to the regional manager and bypass the property manger tomorrow. This never happened before we gained a new property manager. I may look up the legality of it as well. *** When I open my sliding door I can smell people smoking from their living rooms (some apartment buildings here only have a sliding door and not an actual balcony). I HATE the smell of cigarettes, it’s disgusting 🤢. People using the gym don’t know how to properly use the machines/ weights and never re-rack the weights. It’s never enforced like it should be. Pros: Plenty of parking. Comes with community gym. Safe community. Has a parcel locker/ mail room. Offers underground parking. Very well kept units/ floor plans. In unit laundry/ dryer Cons: Too many mandatory lender inspections (Makes you feel like you have no privacy in your unit even though you pay $2,000 dollars a month to rent it). Overpriced compared to similar apartment properties found around the JBLM/ Tacoma area. Everyone here is basically military so go somewhere else if you don’t wanna see the uniform after work hours (has nothing to do with the property, just throwing it out there). The UTILITY price is insane!!! SEWAGE alone is terribly expensive and you also have to pay a COMMON AREA utility fee which I find to be very unreasonable. We have a beautiful pool that is still closed to the community because we are lacking the necessary “permit” from the city to open it for swimming. I would be cool with paying to use the COMMON AREAS, but those areas need to also be open for us to use. Also, some of the tenants here like to act like children in that they take people’s assigned parking spaces for themselves and trash the property. Overall I love the property, but the price needs to come down and tenants doing the wrong thing need to be held more accountable. Also, the pool needs to be open so we aren’t wasting our money on an amenity that we cannot use. Apartment walls are paper thin!!! I am not sure if I will renew a lease with this property, but if they try to fix some of the things I listed I will not be opposed. *Please understand that the information above is my opinion of the property and that others may experience something totally different from what I have experienced.*

  Me and my wife work nights and when we returned home the power was out we tried getting in but because of the key fob situation the door would not open tried calling the “Emergency hot line “ for them and just got sent straight to voicemail now I am unable to get into my apartment and get to my pets we pay to much in rent for these things to be happening

  My sister and I traveled to Washington to assist in securing housing for my brother upon his return from deployment. We are extremely grateful for the exceptional support provided by Tyler, Micah, and Sarah throughout the process. Despite a tight timeframe, their professionalism, enthusiasm to assist their prospective resident, and clear communication ensured that my brother had a place to call home upon his return. We truly appreciated the outstanding service from the team and are very thankful for their help.

  I love Trax here in Dupont! For many reasons! But first reason I love this place is honestly because the Team who took care of us was amazing! Sarah was quick to help us really find what we needed and as a mom, that matters SO MUCH. It was a fast move in too, it which was so needed for my little family. I APPRECIATE the team here at Trax. I'm glad we found this place. I highly recommend!
