- CSChristopher SmithAug 31, 20171.0Treated my 73 y/o grandmother very poorly. Just had a back surgery, she had to use the rest room so she pulled her cord. Over an hour later the lady who worked there came in and said "what?" She said in her grandma voice "I need to use the restroom" the lady then replied with a "then go..." my gma responded with "I need help I can only walk a couple feet." This is a huge problem. If anyone acts like this in the healthcare field then they need to switch jobs immediately! You respect your elders! You think they want someone helping them wipe their ass? Yep that's what they always wanted in life..how undignified. If you know that this was you and are reading this then you really should be ashamed of yourself. Your water trash!
