I have lived here for 3yrs. Nice & spacious apartments. Energy efficient. It's pretty quiet for the most part. I really like the smaller com plex. So much better than the large, many building complex. Compared to other places in town, it seems to be cost wise & the nicest.

**Awesome Service!** If you’re on the hunt for a place to stay, this is the perfect spot for you! The community is wonderful, and the facilities are top-notch. The staff is incredibly accommodating, right from the moment you start asking questions all the way to signing the contract. A special shoutout to Emily, the community director! She made sure all my paperwork was handled on time, which is exactly what I needed. She’s super helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. Kudos to the entire team for keeping all their tenants happy with such fantastic service!

Emily was fantastic! She really helped us through everything. It’s been the smoothest and easiest process moving into an apartment. She was always on top of everything and updating us with everything. I would definitely recommend other people.

This place was very nice and clean and close to downtown. I scheduled a viewing and fell in love with everything. The gal was very professional and made us feel welcomed. Hope to call it our home very soon .
