  Kinect at Burien is an amazing community with beautiful modern apartments, incredible amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. The team truly goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and create a great resident experience. There is a Security Guard at night who has helped keep the homeless away. The police station is across the street. The outdoor spaces and common areas are thoughtfully designed and make the community feel upscale and inviting. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transit.

  The whole team was so sweet helping me through the process of finding my first home, but Laly deserves a special shout out for her patience in answering my millions of questions all with a smile on her face! I tell everyone I love it here, especially the giant chess board in the courtyard!

  We recently toured and it was such a pleasant experience! The community was beautiful, it smelled nice and the employees were kind, offered beverages and made sure all our questions were answered before we left.

  I recently moved into this apartment and I’ve had a great experience so far. The place itself is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable to live in. Everything feels well taken care of, which made settling in a smooth process. The staff here are especially outstanding—everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made the move-in process easy and were always available to answer any questions I had.
