  I had an apartment tour scheduled for 3:30 PM I was never told to bring anything documentation wise. I swapped my bag and left my drivers license and my other bag. I basically drove for nothing. I’m not upset that they couldn’t do the tour without the drivers license. I was upset that they didn’t mention, I needed it and I drove 20 minutes just for nothing.

  Kinect @ Burien has been a wonderful place to call home so far. We moved in just over two weeks ago and the apartments are beautiful along with stunning amenities. The apartments specifically are very spacious. The design is very thoughtful with large bathrooms and closets and an open kitchen/living room space. The gym is incredible, it has absolutely everything I need and it’s open 24/7. The staff here have been incredible. A special shout out to Alex, who really worked hard to get us moved in as quickly as possible as we were in a pest infested home before and had to get out quickly. He was so kind, worked with us throughout the whole process. You can tell he along with the other staff care about the community and really put in the work to ensure it is a welcoming and nice place to live. I’ve read some of the old reviews on here and quite frankly feel most people lash out when something they want doesn’t go their way. Of course every place to live is going to have a few things here and there that come up. We are in perfect humans it is not fair to ask for everything to be immaculate all of the time. Also yes, this is Seattle. Yes, there are houseless People in Burien, and??? As I said we are all human most of us are just out here doing the best we can, I aspire to move without judgement and I have never had any issues with the community of Burien at large, as it’s quite easy to mind my own business. That’s said! I recommend Kinect @ Burien we are very happy to be here and very grateful for the staff and the opportunity to be apart of the community. Shoutout to all the friendly neighbors as well. Everyone has been so kind. Thank you!

  I did a visit at this property looking into getting a new apartment. Loved the building and the location. I met a very nice man named Secret that gave me a lot of information. He was very kind and inviting. I will definitely be back with my family.

  I lived there for 2 years and I do NOT recommend anyone to move here: 1. Management office charge "$195/regular clean fee" when you moved out even when the unit was in prestine condition. 2. There are a lot of homeless ppl around the corner and it constantly smells like trash on the first floor. 3. The manager change about once every 3 month and that alone says something about the management company. 4. They cannot raise rent too much due to state law so they raise parking to 200/month which is a insane amount for Burien 5. When you moved out if there is remaining balance such as "cleaning fee" and other shared utilities they send your info to a debt collection agency and do not take payment though mgnt office. This whole practice felt extremely uncomfortable as a tenant. Why a typically balance need to be sent to a debt agency to collect? This feels completely unnecessary and very uncomfortable for a tenant. 6. DO NOT LIVE HERE. there are so many great options in other places. 7. A lot of recent reviews are all fake do not believe any 5 stars review. Good luck.
