  I can't say enough great things about living at Marina Square. First, you can't beat the location. You have incredibly quick and easy access to the ferries, and you're within short walking distance to all sorts of great restaurants and bars. The amenities are excellent with the parking garage, gym, rooftop, club room, market, and free coffee/lattes every morning. The building is excellent, I love my apartment with it's high ceiling and patio. The staff is exceptional and everyone is super friendly. I'll definitely be renewing my lease. Oh, and you can't beat the view of the annual bridge blast fireworks shows from the roof. It's perfect.

  Jeffery and Exavier were absolutely top-notch and highly professional throughout my move-in process. They were incredibly patient, guided me every step of the way, and made moving all of my items very easy and stress-free. This has been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with an apartment agency. Highly recommend!

  This apartment complex feels more like a resort than anything else. Its very high quality and the views you get are second to none. I recommend a higher floor if you find one available. The staff are also extremely professional, I was fortunate enough to work with Jeff the property manager here and I never had a single issue or incident. Every time I needed something I was made a priority and whatever the issue was it was solved immediately. If i were to come back here this is where I would choose to live again.

  Lived here for about 2 years. The leasing office has always been helpful with anything I needed. The club house is nice to hang out in while the rooftop gives a nice view while you bbq in the summertime. Location wise the property is located near anything that may be needed. Will be applying to move back in when I move back to Washington.

  Brand new apartments with great amenities -- the rooftop is amazing to enjoy during summer hours. Tara is by far the nicest person with the best customer service out of the entire management team. She is helpful, gets on any questions that we have, and follows through. Perhaps the management team is relatively new with some processes that need to be ironed out -- for example, how to check out key to the outdoor firepit. Overall, it is a convenient location to be: close the ferry terminal which makes working in Seattle a breeze. --- Updated in Dec 2023: 1. So Marina Square first offer coffee throughout the day when we first moved in. During the last month or so, Marina Square has decided to limit coffee hours (assuming due to cost). Further, the cleaning staff is scheduled to clean coffee machine each morning during rush hours. Rayven (the new staff who replaced Tara) indicated that that how their staff is scheduled and nothing they can do about. Zero customer service compared to when we first moved in and our experience with Tara. 2. Marina Square decided to put in a package room for their South building. It has been several months, and our packages have been delivered to the wrong room. When suggestions were made to the staff to at least make a sign to make an attempt to correct this, our suggestions nor any action from Marina Square were taken. The inconvenience? The Marina Square automatic doors (ADA access) have been broken for months - imaging carrying big packages in one hand and having go use a second hand to open the door to get in.
