Tara is by far the nicest person with the best customer service out of the entire management team. She is helpful, gets on any questions that we have, and follows through. Perhaps the management team is relatively new with some processes that need to be ironed out -- for example, how to check out key to the outdoor firepit. Overall, it is a convenient location to be: close the ferry terminal which makes working in Seattle a breeze. --- Updated in Dec 2023: 1. So Marina Square first offer coffee throughout the day when we first moved in. During the last month or so, Marina Square has decided to limit coffee hours (assuming due to cost). Further, the cleaning staff is scheduled to clean coffee machine each morning during rush hours. Rayven (the new staff who replaced Tara) indicated that that how their staff is scheduled and nothing they can do about. Zero customer service compared to when we first moved in and our experience with Tara. 2. Marina Square decided to put in a package room for their South building. It has been several months, and our packages have been delivered to the wrong room. When suggestions were made to the staff to at least make a sign to make an attempt to correct this, our suggestions nor any action from Marina Square were taken. The inconvenience? The Marina Square automatic doors (ADA access) have been broken for months - imaging carrying big packages in one hand and having go use a second hand to open the door to get in.
