Brielle was extremely helpful in providing all of the details I needed over the phone as I'm looking to move to the area from out of state. It was also nice to not have to speak to a robot over the phone! She was very kind and informative as I worked through my list of questions, and even emailed me a video of the floorplan we had determined would be best for me, which is very helpful for me as I am a very visual person. Even though it is a little far from where I would ideally like to be located, I would consider Stonemeadow just for the excellent first impression!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience with the maintenance team! My bedroom door accidentally got locked, and Trevor showed up within just 15 minutes of reporting the issue. He had everything fixed in about 10 minutes! He was super friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Really impressed with how quick and efficient the service was. The apartment management has also been great and very responsive. Definitely appreciate Trevor and the entire team for making things so easy!

I had such a wonderful experience touring Stone Meadow Farms with Lindsey! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and like I had her full attention. She genuinely listened to what I was looking for, took the time to answer my questions, and made the entire experience feel so personal rather than just another apartment tour. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell she truly cares about the people who walk through the door. Lindsey went above and beyond to make my experience phenomenal, and I can’t say enough good things about her!

Electric car charging is non existent because there will be a gas car taking the spot, I get off work around 12am or 1am by the time I get back there is 9/10 times a gas car parked in the electric charging stations I’ve been emailing Stone Meadow frequently but they do nothing and are unable to enforce their own rules, they also have a NO SMOKING 🚭 policy which they can’t enforce either for whatever reason they continually let our downstairs neighbors make the whole place reek of weed and whatever else they smoke down there. Unfortunately for these reasons we will not be renewing our lease. The only positive I can think of is that the maintenance guys are always nice

This is a very pleasant community, beginning with Lindsay and her team, who are extremely polite and constantly ensure the property is well maintained down to the smallest detail.I have referred this place to many friends and two of them currently live here enjoying great service and fast resolution.Even though my friend works at another property she loves living here due to the cleanliness and stuff attentiveness, if you are looking a new home you will definitely love it here
