  I have lived here for the last 12 years, this has always been a great place to call home. The grounds are beautifully maintained always. All maintenance needs are addressed immediately. The staff is exceptional and very good at their jobs. The neighbors here are all good people and get along very well. Management also plans community events for neighbors to mingle! I honestly believe this is the best apartment complex in Bothell. I am moving out of State, this is the only reason I would leave.

  I have lived at Arterra Woods for 4 years now, we have had an overall great experience here! The few times we have needed maintenance they were so efficient when addressing and fixing it. The staff on the property have always been nice and the property always looks great! It is a great community to live in and I love how close it is to everything else.

  Great management! They really keep up the place. Fun events, nice grounds, quick to respond to maintenance requests, perfect covered parking.
