  We absolutely love it here! Living at Two Lincoln Tower has been a great experience, and it truly feels more like an upscale condo than an apartment. The amenities are amazing-from fully equipped gyms and convenient storage options to the EV parking stations. The outdoor spaces, including the stunning rooftop deck and top-tier BBQ areas, are perfect for relaxing or entertaining guests while enjoying the exceptionally well-maintained building and great views. Location-wise, you cannot beat it. The building offers amazing proximity to restaurants, shopping, bike trails, walking paths, and the light rail, making urban living completely effortless. What really sets this building apart are the people. The exceptional staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating- always going above and beyond. Plus, the friendly neighbors make this a wonderfully welcoming community to come home too. One of our favorite perks is the unmatched peace of mind; the security and care here are so reliable that we can completely “ lock and leave” for weeks or months and not worry about a single thing. It is a wonderful place to live , and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and community.

  Two Lincoln Tower has proven to be a very nice choice for us. Kyle Mears was very pleasant to work with and 2LT has proven to be more than we had hoped for, from the accommodations to the quality of the staff, everything has been perfect. My wife and I look forward to spending quite some time here! Proximity to EVERYTHING is unbelievable. We love it!

  Title: A Wonderful Home Made Special by the 2LT Team We have called Two Lincoln Tower home for several years, and it’s really a wonderful place to live. The building is exceptional, from its beautiful architecture, to how nicely it is kept on a daily basis. As incredible as the building is, it is really the staff, the entire 2LT Team, that makes living here so special. We’d like to especially recognize Kyle from the leasing team, who honestly sets the gold standard for customer service. He is always professional, courteous, and happy to help. And that goes for the rest of the 2LT Team as well — management, leasing, concierge, and maintenance teams all do an awesome job looking after everyone. They make living here so effortless.   Genuinely luxurious high rise residences. Rivals high-end condo buildings. Pros: * High quality, tasteful finishes. Great views (varies by unit and floor). Access to 2 gyms. * Some unit highlights (obv features vary by unit): fridge / dishwasher / trash recessed in matching cabinetry, gas stove, blackout motorized shades in master bedroom, air conditioning, motorized shades in living/dining areas, large balconies, gas fireplaces. Small things like doors feel heavy and substantial. * A very clean and well-maintained building. It takes a lot of work from the team to keep this property running. They absolutely pull it off. * The building's residents are mature, quiet, warm, friendly, and understated. You'll find everyone from corporate workers to business owners to older folks who sold their homes to move here to people just passing through. Lots of residents have been here 5+ years. * I've yet to have any issues with noise and have yet to hear any noises coming from other residents. I do hear occasional sirens and guys peacocking in loud cars at street level, but this is expected in any urban environment. I will note that I'm on a high floor. * The owners (Kemper Development) have been investing in Bellevue for multiple generations and the property is run to a high standard. * Deep integration with the broader Bellevue Collection (what most people think of when they hear "downtown Bellevue"), which includes the mall, two office towers, 3 hotels, 2 movie theaters, and more. All sorts of "secret" entrances and exits throughout the building to connect you to the endless numbers of shops and restaurants and hotels in downtown Bellevue. * 24 hour security (difficult to find a safer urban environment). And someone is manning the front desk 24 hours a day. * Fast elevators zip you up and down the 40 stories of this building and multiple parking levels. Things to keep in mind: * This is a premium product offered at a premium price point. Rents are high. * Because 2LT are rentals, you'll get more transience (people moving in and out) than a high-end condo building. But far less transience than most apartment buildings. * Some units have awkward placement of structural support columns that somewhat compromise the use of the space. Other units have no such issues. * There are certain conveniences and frictions associated with high-rise living. On the one hand, security and convenience and location are excellent. On the other hand, it's a bit higher friction for guests to come visit (this can be a feature or a bug). You'll also need to do more coordination for receiving a large delivery, but the concierge team can help coordinate things like this. * Kemper has announced their desire to sell their collection of properties in downtown Bellevue (including 2LT). I hope any new owner manages the property to the same high standard, but this is something to keep an eye on.

  Two Lincoln Tower is an amazing place to live. It's the best residential living in downtown Bellevue, by far. The building and apartments themselves are very well-appointed and maintained, the neighbors create a warm and friendly community, the staff is awesome (including Rob (GM), Abby, Maddy, Millie, Regina, Kyle, Stephanie, Jensen, et al), and access to shopping and dining is awesome!
