  I am a current resident however fear the current manager will retaliate. Unfortunately the turn over in this building is very high, they cannot seem to keep any of the good concierge team, it’s a revolving door here. The current manager Rob does absolutely nothing, the building needs to be kept and he doesn’t want to spend the money . Dirty floors, coffee machine is always broken, amenity spaces flooring is loose, doors to office space don’t open. He is very unapproachable, doesn’t say hi to any residents at all. Rents are raised 6-10% yearly but the service continues to get worse. I would confirm that the services leasing tell you they will do they actually will. One big thing to note is the water facing units are facing extremely loud construction noise from 10pm till almost 6am in the morning, Kemper failed to let any residents know the they filed the permits and blamed someone else until a bunch of residents contacted the city are were told the truth. Management doesn’t seem to care at all of the disruption in construction noise. This once was a great building to live but many are moving out due to the service and turn over.. the noise is extremely loud at night.
