  Maintenance is great but the front office is slow to respond to inquiries. I was charged about 4k for not filling a move out form despite waiting for my lease to end. Turns out Arianna mentioned the lease ending a month before the date in the lease. But nowhere in the lease was such a move out form or penalties for missing it mentioned. After dropping off my keys in person, a couple weeks after moving out I was contacted by debt collectors. I’ve had a good relationship with the office so I was shocked to see the amount they charged me and how they went about collecting my hard earned money for a mistake that the manager made instead of communicating the move out process clearly. Nowhere in the portal was this process mentioned… To any current or incoming residents, don’t trust the manager or portal, read your lease on the lease end date. You also should request info on the move out process and the move out form even if you don’t plan to renew. This apartment management has predatory behavior. Despite trying to reason with Arianna in person she falsely claimed about the contract having such a policy on the move out form despite it not being in the lease

  They got cock roaches, rotten wood cabinets in the kitchen, peeling bathtubs which is weird to say but they are peeling…..if your looking for something in a rush go for it….but for $2100 a month…..yeah hell no

  Arianna is an amazing property manager. She helped me every step of the way—from applying to the apartment to moving in—and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She stays on top of maintenance and is always open to listening to tenant feedback. She’s also incredibly patient and approachable. I was honestly surprised by how professional and experienced she is—I assumed she had been managing the property for years, but it turns out she’s new. Truly impressive! Living here, I truly feel taken care of and supported.
