  The Ridge at Bellevue is the worst apartment I have lived in during my years in the United States. I cannot recommend it. Dirty and unpleasant: The hallways were poorly maintained and repeatedly smelled bad. I did not feel safe: My packages went missing repeatedly. On most nights, I smelled marijuana in the building, and the main entrance door was broken. Unacceptably slow maintenance: My bathroom ceiling leaked, and it took about a month to get it fixed. These ongoing problems made living here stressful and frustrating. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

  I used to like this place. As a veteran, I've lived here for 9 years, and many things have changed. The new management literally removed most amenities, we had a beautiful pool with a fountain. Also there used to be many kids but they ended up leaving here 5 years ago so if you have a child they maybe as lonely. There was a really good staff member named Kyle, he was so amazing, though he was strict he gave the children toys and made The Ridge of Bellevue(Easton Court) a good place. Many criminals around here, one of them almost stole our packages luckily we retrieved them and all. There are some bug infestations and all but luckily they do inspections and help clean off, but since the new management came they weren't as immediate and also decided to raise rent and all and they don't really tend to problems like before. I would say that this apartment would be your last resort.

  incompetent manager. She has anger issues. Discriminated against me as a Palestinian and my Chinese spouse. Ended up homeless due to her arrogance and ignorance. Must be fired immediately. I applied for an apartment at the Ridge at Bellevue apartments through leasing agent Karen. I applied online on August 9th 2026 and paid administrative fees of $250 and application fee of $60 per instructions from the leasing agent Karen. I returned to the office to see Karen but the office was closed. There were two couples waiting with us. Another young white caucasian woman came and stood in the same area. I asked her if she there to rent and she answered that she is the regional manager. I told her that I was working with Karen as I finished my application online and paid the fees per Karen recommendation. She told me to sit and I told her that I have leg injury that requires standing so I want to stand up do you have a problem with that? She said that I have a lot of aggression in my voice and I went home. She told Karen that I am very aggressive and she decided to delete my application without refunding me for the payment. Karen told her that her actions were illegal because Karen used to work for fair housing authority. The regional manager deleted my application without refunding me $ 310.

  Think 10 times before renting out a place here. I lived here for 3 months and the managment is very hard to deal with. When leaving the apartment, i got it thoroughly cleaned but they added painting fee / cleaning fee and then also added a late fee charge. Now i have been tying to make a call / send email for arbitration but no response. That was a hard earned money !

  I don’t have to tell you about their property condition as there are scores of reviews below describing how pathetic these apartments are. But I would like to warn you, if you have any doubt about getting your security deposit back on your lease end, you will get anything back. You will be charged for painting, cleaning and renovating even if you leave your apartment in cleaned condition.
