He’s the kind of person who goes above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of. I recently got locked out of both my house and car, and not only did he help me regain access to my house, but he also assisted with my car! We’ve had numerous conversations and interactions since I moved in, and Hakim has always been a reliable and stand-up guy. He truly enhances the living experience at the Lakes. It wouldn’t be the same without him!

I especially want to recognize Hakim from the maintenance team for always being professional, responsive, and going above and beyond to make sure any issue is taken care of quickly and thoroughly. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in his work. I’d also like to highlight Alexis and Nancy from the community management team. They are always welcoming, helpful, and attentive to residents’ needs. Their professionalism and positive attitudes make the community feel even more comfortable and well-managed. Having such a dedicated team truly makes The Lakes Apartments a great place to live.

Despite calling their leasing office multiple times, sending over my Id documents, it simply get lost in the ether. My move in date is around the corner, they simply don’t care.
