- SMStella MJul 17, 20261.0Today we had a self-guided tour at the Lake Apartments, but the door lock didn't work, so we couldn't get inside. Someone was in the office at 5:30 p.m. and could see us, but wouldn't open the door or offer any help. We called both the office and the number in the app, but no one answered. This was a very disappointing experience and gave us the impression that the property is poorly managed with unresponsive staff.
- TJtim jiaJun 1, 20261.0Overall community environment is quite nice with small ponds around and wild life in and out. It’s not work from home friendly though. There has been a few loss of internet, loss of power, constructions, etc since I moved in. I have to connect to my personal hotspot to work. Also when I moved in, the apartment smell so weird and actually smelly. Reported to the management team and nobody really comes in to fix it. We have to light up candles and increase ventilation and hope to help but the root cause probably was fix so the strong smell persists.

He’s the kind of person who goes above and beyond to ensure you’re well taken care of. I recently got locked out of both my house and car, and not only did he help me regain access to my house, but he also assisted with my car! We’ve had numerous conversations and interactions since I moved in, and Hakim has always been a reliable and stand-up guy. He truly enhances the living experience at the Lakes. It wouldn’t be the same without him!
