- JJJuneJun 17, 20262.0The construction right in front of the apartment starts making extreme noise as early as 6 AM, which is a direct violation of standard city codes. Management (Sir Gallahad) stated it is a outside their control, meaning they have no idea when this project will finally end and will take no action. The noise and dust are unbearable. There are actually TWO neighborhood construction going on right now—one on Main St and another right next to this apartment.If you are considering moving here, DO NOT sign a lease blindly. Make sure to visit in person during the weekday to hear how loud it actually is. I highly recommend looking elsewhere until this is over, especially if you work from home or you don't want to be forced awake at 6 AM every day. I have been suffering severely from this.

I had a great experience with manager Sandra, she’s very responsible and always willing to help residents as much as possible. Nothing really to complain about; the only downside is construction noise.
