I’ve really enjoyed my experience living here. Since Carly got here, the overall experience has been even better. She is friendly, responsive, and truly takes the time to listen to residents and make sure things are taken care of. It’s refreshing to have a manager who genuinely cares about the community and the people who call it home. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and it’s clear Carly and the other girls in the office take pride in creating a positive living experience for residents. I’m very happy to call this community home and appreciate the difference Carly has made!

I was working with Carly regarding a transfer for work to the Bellevue area. Although I didn't end up renting, it was no fault of the property or the staff, the location was just a little outside of my commute route. The community is beautiful, well maintained, and immediately felt welcoming. Carly may be newer to the property, but you can tell she genuinely cares about the resident experience and takes pride in the community. She was kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy. I've toured quite a few apartment communities recently, and this was the one that truly felt the most like home. If the location had worked better for my commute, I wouldn't have hesitated to make this my new home. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a place that feels welcoming from the moment you arrive!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Where do I even begin? My family and I lived here for about a year and a half, and it was by far the worst renting experience we’ve ever had. We were so relieved the day we finally moved out. The biggest issue was the condition of the apartment itself. Every time it rained, we dealt with leaks that eventually led to water damage and mold. My bedroom was the worst area, and over time I developed constant headaches, dizziness, nausea, brain fog, red and irritated eyes, coughing, sore throat, chest pain, and extreme fatigue. We were also worried about our children, especially because one of them has asthma. No family should have to wonder if their home is making them sick. In the end, management agreed to let us out of our lease because of the health concerns, which speaks for itself. Maintenance was incredibly frustrating. Getting anything repaired felt like pulling teeth. We constantly had issues with our dishwasher and refrigerator, and instead of fixing the problems promptly, it often felt like we were blamed for them. One maintenance employee repeatedly insisted my mom simply “didn’t know how to use the dishwasher” rather than addressing the actual issue. That’s not how residents should be treated. Management was just as disappointing. During the year and a half we lived there, management changed multiple times, and every change seemed to bring even more confusion. Communication was inconsistent, and getting answers was nearly impossible. The apartments are also extremely outdated. Renovating the kitchen doesn’t make the building new when the windows are in poor condition, water intrusion continues to be an issue, and mold keeps coming back. The amenities were often neglected, and it didn’t feel like the property was being properly maintained. The fees were another constant frustration. We were charged for what felt like everything. Utility bills were consistently high, and after moving out we’re now being billed for two additional months of utilities, even though we had always paid our utilities month by month while living there. We also discovered HOA fees included in our charges, which made little sense to us as apartment renters rather than homeowners. The billing was confusing and frustrating from beginning to end. Parking was another nightmare. Finding a parking spot was nearly impossible, and there were vehicles that sat in the same spaces for months without moving. Yet residents seemed to be threatened with towing if their own vehicle stayed in one place for just a couple of days. The inconsistency was incredibly frustrating. Overall, this property caused my family far more stress than peace. Between the health concerns, poor maintenance, constant fees, parking issues, and lack of consistent management, I cannot recommend living here. I sincerely hope they make meaningful improvements because no family should have the experience that we did.

The living space is nice and there's trails to walk on and a pool and gym, but the walls are like cardboard with how I hear from our neighbors, the fire alarms are outdated, I literally woke up twice to the fire alarm and it is not great, and maintenance isn't great either. Also if you shut off the heating at night, it's too cold. If you have the heating at the lowest temp then it's too hot. I would not recommend this for anyone who's looking for something affordable and functional.
