  The best apartment i have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Location 5/5 Juuust outside downtown Bellevue. Don't let google maps fool you the bus heading downtown is right across the street and only a 10 min bus till you're in the heart of Bellevue. With plenty of grocery stores or malls/restaurants to choose from very nearby. However perfectly far enough away that you're surrounded by trees and away from the busy traffic of downtown. Lush green trees right outside your window. There's even a lovely little trail and another larger hiking space nearby that leads to a petting zoo! I remember reading when looking at this place that there were noise issues with baseball, but in my 4 years of being there i don't think i ever heard any noise from the field after 10 and even during the day the cheers are more of a fun novelty rather than an annoyance. Staff 100⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 Both of the onsight property managers Marlen and Michael are wonderful and incredibly helpful for any issues that come up. The onsite maintenance staff are all incredibly friendly and quick to respond as well through our time living there. Amenities 5/5 An amazing pool to keep cool on hot summer days. Two top of the line grills with free gas to grill and they even host a summer bbq every year which you should not miss! (I've won a tv and an air fryer from these 😂 but plenty of reason to go outside of the raffles as well) And for the winter, an amazing built in hot tub with jets! Very solid gym as well. A handful of workout/cardio options available

  Kelsey ridge is one of the best places I have lived and they definitely have the BEST staff! From the office to the maintenance team they are extremely helpful and caring. Not to mention the finishes in my apartment is GORGEOUS! I’m really grateful to live here!!
