  Had a confirmed tour scheduled on 10/4/26 and the leasing office was out. Had to wait outside until a nice resident let me in, then realized there was a sign on their door saying they would return at 9- as in, they were out for the day until 9am the following day. An hour after the scheduled tour, I went to leave and saw a couple also stuck waiting at the locked leasing office doors. 0 communication, expected at least a follow up apology the morning after and still nothing. Speaks to the staff's professionalism. I did walk around the building to check it out regardless, despite being unable to see the units. The building seemed old and a bit shabby, but livable. A 3 year resident gave a good review of living there and recommended it, while another resident I asked said they weren't really a fan and that they had service issues. Not a terrible place to live if you're lucky enough to see a leasing agent.

  I lived here years ago. Quiet, clean, safe, and I enjoyed my time there. Only problem was near the end of my lease there was a huge drain beetle infestation (this happened after they cleaned out all the vents or something). Hopefully that was resolved but they were all over the hallways, and I'm glad I didn't have to deal with that.

  Be careful with your deposit! They do apartment inspections with their shoes on then charge you for carpet cleaning on move out 🗿

  Excaliber Apartments we've found run well and we are on the 3rd Manager who is Tatiana who is very personable and accommodating. During her absence Autumn has filled in and she has been incredibly knowledgeable and proficient in handling challenges for us that have included a new parcel delivery app that no one else figured out and she had us back in the system within 24 hours Additionally our toilet was leaking water in an emergency situation and this was after hours, however Autumn was so kind and empathetic to our needs contacting the after hours emergency number to assist us which brought Elmer the on call maintenance manager to our aid who was an expert in completely fixing everything so we would have peace of mind things would be okay now, as it had already leaked the week before. We want to say we feel Excaliber is great in the people they choose to run these apartments offering such 5 star customer service! This is rare during our current times and it's nice to know you can rely on the staff to follow through til each situation is remedied!

  Carolena and Tatiana made me feel very comfortable during the application process, and while I ultimately decided not to sign the lease, I would happily apply again if a better situation presented itself. The apartment was recently remodeled and looked great, while the courtyard, hallways, and garage were less-spacious than I liked.
