- CACalvin AllanJun 30, 20262.0Since our property is all the way in Burien, we are usually an after thought. We don’t have someone to come check the property on a regular basis or someone to enforce parking spots. Yet they see fit to always increase our rent incremental while services continue to be subpar. I would hope with increases they put on rent they would also increase their services. Maybe we will see a change but until then my review stands

They were able to answer all of our questions regarding the property & Brink's general rental procedures/guidelines. Furthermore, we were impressed with the work done to recondition & prepare the home for re-rental after the previous tenant of 10 years. Their efforts made us comfortable with trusting Brink to continue to provide excellent service for us as new tenants. We would highly recommend this company!

Says they gave the apartment to the "next applicant" in-line while our screening was in-proces...because we said it might take some time to provide some (additional) documentation requested...we actually still provided it that same day, we were just trying to be communicative...but the apartment is also still listed a full week later? Then they'll tell you in writing it's your fault for not predicting that the 3rd party screening company will ask for extra paperwork.
