We don’t have someone to come check the property on a regular basis or someone to enforce parking spots. Yet they see fit to always increase our rent incremental while services continue to be subpar. I would hope with increases they put on rent they would also increase their services. Maybe we will see a change but until then my review stands

They were able to answer all of our questions regarding the property & Brink's general rental procedures/guidelines. Furthermore, we were impressed with the work done to recondition & prepare the home for re-rental after the previous tenant of 10 years. Their efforts made us comfortable with trusting Brink to continue to provide excellent service for us as new tenants. We would highly recommend this company!
