  This is the second time that rats have entered our apartment. It's horrible. Due to the intense heat, we only close the screen door. The rat chewed through it and got inside. We barely kicked it out. It was terrible.

  Everything was fine until the new property manager added fees to our rent bill 8 months into our tenancy: $75 in fees that are not on our lease. Three e-mails, two phone calls, one in-person visit to the office, she ignored the emails, and was defiant and unhelpful in person. She gave the most absurd reasons verbally, but refused to put anything in writing, and refused to issue a refund. If not reversed, it will be an additional $300 over the remainder of our tenancy. Nothing upsets people faster than messing with their finances. The property manager has alienated steady, reliable tenants. We had no reason to move, now we have no reason to stay.

  I waited to do this until I’d been there a few weeks. Rent came in $300 more than agreed.

  Jacqueline was such an amazing help, one of the most genuine people I have ever met, she was super helpful with everything she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed & she made me feel like home, her energy & aura is great, I would love for her to help me anytime I need it lol Overall great vibes & great experience if I could give her a rate would be 5 start.

  I is currently managed by worst management company "Asset Living", I left alder 4 months before, and I cleaned everything before leaving same as I got, now it is four months and I saw my credit score today which got reduced by 75 points, that is because of they reported my uncollected dues to credit bureau, without informing me, while they have everything my new postal address, email, and phone number, and I am continuously following up with them on email from last 4 months. I recommend do not go there, as apartment quality is also very bad, roof leaks when it is raining for more than 4 hours, appliances are old, cabinets are cheap quality, no kids play area, worst part of it the management company Asset Living, and there are careless and unskilled.
