-When looking for an apartment you want to know what BS your going to take on when you move, right? -Well I lived there for several years, ill give you some insight from a past resident who always paid their rent on time, but was very observant. -I don't recommend it. -The fenced in dog park has fleas. -They only would give out two 2 key cards, now fobs per family. -Half the time the security door is broken because people don't have any other way of getting into their apt. -Apartments and cars get broken into. -No, designated parking. -They will toe your car for being in a spot for more than a few days. So if you go on a vacation or out of the country, your car and your valuables in it may not be there when you get back. -They advertise a pool and hot tub but it is barely accessible. -Its not that safe, somebody got robbed in the elevator in building B. (Building with the restaurants) -Theres been several shootings here. -Cops are called frequently. -Someone died in the B building and not for "natural" causes. -Children frequently pull the fire alarms. -Half the time people didn't know if it was a real emergency or if a child pulled it. -Cockroaches galore, several units had this issue and for some it took like 8 months to resolve. -Half the time the office doesnt know whats going on. -A year ago they were trying to push everyone to pay their rent online, and was refusing any other method. -They fail to realize that the disabled or elderly don't really know how to use the internet, some of them don't even know how to read. -Ive seen them be disrespectful quite a few times to the disabled or elderly. -This locations management is a revolving door there will be one set of people one moment and then a completely new bunch the next. -There have been good managers and maintenance workers but it seems once they get a promotion they are replaced with someone who doesnt care and just there for the paycheck. -Ive spoken to some of the past people who worked in the office, and all mostly said that they quit because they didn't like how they were instructed to "handle" the residents, even the nice ones. -Anytime you go in the office you are a problem they need to "handle." Which makes sense why they mostly all said that. -They'll try to get more money out of you by their Riley "office assistant" ai thing sending you repetitive alerts that you haven't paid your rent, (when you already have and have receipts!) -Always Keep your receipts! -It was Interesting how the property kept failing the King County Housing Authority (Section 8) inspections for like almost a year. -They were in an abatement and several people I knew decided to move out because they didn't like the uncertainty of it all. Some my friends shared that it was interesting at the fact that they kept failing the inspections, which made it seem almost like it was on purpose. They started failing in August and didn't pass until late March the next year. -It seemed as if it at the end of my residency there that they just got another new manager that was walking around with maintenance workers trying to get things fixed and finally passed because of his hard work but its only a matter of time until he gets promoted and goes to a different location.

The apartment and services are comfortable, but the problem is that we've been here for 7 months and the pool is always closed, they advertise something that doesn't work.

Moved here in January from hilltop Tacoma & was way more peaceful in hilltop which should speak volumes. Tonight I found teenagers having sex in the hallway near my front door. 3 males 1 female. I am disgusted, security used to set off my door cam CONSTANTLY doing walk troughs throughout the cold months and I haven’t seen them once since the weather warmed up. The park is active with Hoover gang members adults and teenagers fighting all night until early morning, the moment the office closes they ride 4 wheeler atvs and dirt bikes throughout the parking lot. One 4 wheeler flipped the passenger upside down the other day and could easily hit someone’s car. My packages get stolen within 3 minutes of being left at my door. I cannot believe I’m saying this being born and raised in Seattle wa in the hood, I miss Tacoma! Moved here because it’s affordable, HUGE MISTAKE! The first time I washed my tub the paint immediately came off. They still haven’t replaced the screen to my bedroom window, when they came to fix the bottom piece that keeps air out of my balcony door (which is an actual door not sliding glass) they raised it instead of lowering so air flows through the bottom to the point I can fit my hand under the door now. Creston point in Renton is safer than this place. Don’t move here unless you are at risk of being homeless or you will regret it. There is a police station in the parking lot that I have not once seen open. I can’t wait to move. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Office personnel I’ve never had an issue with, but the reviews stating they never answer the phone and when you walk in the office they’re all gathered in a room sitting on there phones bumping loud music, is true. I’m born and raised in the hood so it takes ALOT to bother me. This is the worst place I’ve ever decided to move to.
