Mobile Home Park
Tall Cedars MHC is an all-ages community with the most affordable lot rent just about anywhere in King or Pierce counties @ $625/mo. + utilities. We have a large common area with a Gazebo, public BBQ grills, automatic lighting, modern playground, and off-leash Dog Park. We do allow dogs up to 50 lbs with certain restrictions and signed pet agreement.
Like most manufactured housing communities, all of the homes in our community are owner occupied. In order to become a resident at Tall Cedars, a current home-owner in the community must first offer to sell their home to you.
