I was very excited that a 2 bed, 2 bath rental opened up because this is so close to my home and my son was looking for a rental. I was told by Kaylee that if my son didn’t pass the credit check I could be a co-signer. Well, he went through a split up and has a toddler so he’s rebuilding his credit. She sent notice that his application was declined and then ghosted me after telling me she’d check with upper management about me being responsible for all rental costs. I left several voice mails and emails asking her what happened! This is NOT good management. Very disappointed in this place especially since it is so close by!
- NCNW CamApr 20, 20265.0I was worried about living in Auburn again but these apartments are just far enough outside the craziness. It’s nice and quiet tucked back in housing communities. Yet still close to everything you need. The manager Kaylee is very quick at solving issues for being the only person in the office and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend friend and family to live here.
- MBMP BPMar 27, 20265.0This place is a gem tucked away and very quiet. The apartments seem well priced, clean and set up nicely. The manager, Kaylee, is awesome to work with and takes care of things quickly. She always has an upbeat and positive attitude.
- SGStar GazeFeb 13, 20262.0This apartment complex is in need to some serious maintenance. Some buildings have moss built up on roofs. The white railings are filthy dirty. The siding and white gutters need a good pressure washed. Many parking numbers are faded to a point not being able to read the numbers. The staircases have carpets and are in need of being vacuumed on a regular basis. Hopefully, the owners of this complex take these review seriously and take care of all these matters soon if the want future residents. A site walk is needed by owners. Also, get one assigned parking, the other car will have to be parked on the street and will need to be moved every 24 hours to prevent towing. So, this apartment complex wasn't for us.
