They respond to emergencies and regular maintenance extremely quick, and their staff is absolutely AWESOME.

I was very excited that a 2 bed, 2 bath rental opened up because this is so close to my home and my son was looking for a rental. I was told by Kaylee that if my son didn’t pass the credit check I could be a co-signer. Well, he went through a split up and has a toddler so he’s rebuilding his credit. She sent notice that his application was declined and then ghosted me after telling me she’d check with upper management about me being responsible for all rental costs. I left several voice mails and emails asking her what happened! This is NOT good management. Very disappointed in this place especially since it is so close by!

Yet still close to everything you need. The manager Kaylee is very quick at solving issues for being the only person in the office and provides a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend friend and family to live here.
