  I wanted to give a shout-out to Mr. Ken from the maintenance team. We've lived here for almost two years, and maintenance has honestly been one of our biggest frustrations. Since Mr. Ken joined the team, our experience has completely changed. He's quick to respond, does quality work, and is always friendly and respectful. He’s been a wonderful addition to the team! Thank you, Mr. Ken, for all your hard work!

  The maintenance men Ken and nate are extremely helpful and timely. They were able to help us switch out a fan to a light in a quick manner, are extremely friendly and always have a smile on. We appreciate their professionalism and how helpful they are.

  I have been living at Brookside Village Apartments for the past 4 years and have seen different property managers during that time. Overall, it has been a good place to live, and the community has been convenient for my family. I especially want to recognize Alyssa Brown for her outstanding professionalism and support. She truly goes above and beyond to assist residents with their questions and concerns. She is understanding, responsive, and always willing to help however she can. It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the residents and takes the time to provide that level of service. Thank you, Alyssa, for all your hard work and dedication!

  Ken from maintenance has been great! He replaced my microwave quickly and kept me in the loop through out the entire timeline.
