By far the best realtor we've dealt with. Teresa is thorough, detail oriented, reliable, delightful to deal with and has proven to be adept at negotiating on our behalf. This is the second transaction she's represented us on and we wholeheartedly recommend her

High integrity realtor who navigates challenges with grace. I first met Teresa when I was a buyer and she was representing the seller. Her professionalism, intelligence, communication, and ability to navigate challenges really impressed me. Also her humor, we had some good laughs. I was so impressed that I continued working with Teresa beyond that transaction, and will continue to do so. I’ve been involved with about 30 different real estate transactions (plus countless others that never closed), and Teresa is top of the list of all realtors I’ve ever dealt with. Happy to know her.

Dedicated and flexible. Highly recommend working with Teresa. We were searching from out of state. Getting up to see homes before someone else bought them was no small task. Teresa was not only market-knowledgeable and well connected within the agent network, she worked hard to provide last minute flexibility to see you homes during our time in state. It took us months of searching and Teresa brought dedication and humor throughout.

We had a great experience working with Teresa on the sale of our home. She was very straightforward, relatable and easy to connect with. Her sense of humor made the process feel more enjoyable, and most importantly she was a good communicator! Also, her photos of our house were amazing! She had great advice about what to work on before listing our house and was with us every step of the way once we put our house up for sale. I really appreciated her reassurance and expertise, it could have been a nerve-wracking experience but thank goodness we found Teresa!
