My partner and I met Soren because Zillow matched us up.
At age 59, I was not a typical first time home buyer. And the house we wanted to buy was far from typical too.
First the closing was complicated by a tenant who didn’t want to leave and couldn’t be evicted because of Covid.
The house itself is complicated - think former pottery studio turned into a single family house then a two family house now with an attached garage and car port and professional darkroom.
Soren provided excellent advice every step of the way. From the first viewing to the final walk through Soren answered questions, spotted problems and identified opportunities.
Soren also provided excellent advice about other professionals including attorney Robin Freeman and Vermont Floorworks.
