Jason was great to help with getting things going from dealing with the lenders to the final decision on which home worked best for my budget and that I absolutely loved the looks and ascetic of. Hailey was great for every time I had come in for updates on my own progress of rhe property to put the botes on my account. Ryan and his crew got everything together in a timely manner and really good guys to answer any amd all questions I had for them. I am overall happy with everything that Village Homes and Ranmar did to get my new home installed this summer '26

I explored a few places when looking for a home. I went with Village Homes because they do everything from start to finish. They connected me with a loan officer at Union Bank and the process was very easy. Once I got the loan, they got right to work and was done from start to finish in just a couple of months. I bought one of the houses off the lot, so there was no need to wait for one to be built. I would recommend Village Homes to anyone. They are a family run business and the price was very good for keeping my business local. I’ve added a few before and after pictures and I believe there are more on their website. They definitely deserve 5 stars

The process was smooth and they always got back to me quickly.
They helped me in all the processes even the things that where not directly related to the purchasing of the house such as getting the right insurance the right loan and even the hook ups like gas, power and sewer. Would gladly work with them again.

We bought our 1st new double wide in December of last year. It was delivered on June 1st of this year. We were able to move in on June 19. So far we are very happy with our new home. Village homes were very helpful in getting everything done in a timely manner. The set up crew was very efficient and left the house in very clean condition. Jason and Greg were there to answer any questions that we had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new home

The team at Village Homes have been excellent to work with from start to finish, and I can't say enough about how much I love my beautiful new home. They were patient and helpful with my million questions and they made everything as easy as possible, from the beginning to the final inspection, which was a breeze because their work is so good.
