- TWTina W1 day ago1.0RUN!!! This Oakwood will NOT hold up to their warranties on your home. We purchased from them in 2025 & had fire alarm issues from the start. We was at first told it was just batteries that needed replace. We replaced ALL batteries & it did not fixed the issue.We was told they fixed it when one of their workers came out & pretty much did nothing. Our alarms would not stop beeping & would go off in the middle of the night. We contacted the office so many times within our warranty expiration time & they did nothing. Nothing but treat us like its our problem you fix it. Its unexceptable the way they act like they will take care of you until the purchase is over. Afterwards you are treated like trash!! I also, know another couple who is having problem with this place not fixing issues they are having with their newly purchased doublewide. All I can say is they will not hold up to their promises dont find out the hard way like we did.
