  Sam has been a pleasure to work with. He has been very patient with us as first time home buyers. He’s answered all of our questions and put us completely at ease during the whole process. Sam has also been very accommodating with allowing us to show our family the home we’re buying.

  We recently visited Westbend in Woodstock to tour the new townhomes and had a wonderful experience. We were warmly greeted by Patrick, the sales representative, who took the time to walk us through the layout and overall community plan. He clearly explained the available options and was very kind and patient throughout the entire tour. Our experience with Patrick made us feel comfortable and interested in learning more, which led us to connect with Sam, another sales representative. Sam really helped us see the bigger picture—he walked us through the loan process and gave us a clear understanding of what to expect in terms of payments. He guided us step by step, answered all of our questions, and even introduced us to a lender to help get things moving. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and my husband and I truly appreciated the friendliness, professionalism, and support both Patrick and Sam provided. It made the entire experience feel easy and exciting.

  We had a great experience working with Sam at Ryan Homes in Westbend. We stopped by the open house on Saturday right before closing, and he still took his time with us, never rushed. He walked us through the home, explained the model in detail, and broke down both the build-from-scratch process and the move-in ready options. He was very transparent and helped us understand the pros and cons of each. We came back on Sunday with even more questions, and again, Sam was incredibly helpful. He didn’t just explain things, he showed us visually, which made everything much easier to understand. He also took his time to explain the different loan options and scenarios, which was really helpful for us to feel confident moving forward with our decision. Very personable, patient, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend working with him!

  Beautiful homes at a good price! The Sales Representative Sam Achter has went above and beyond helping me purchase a home. He has explained everything to me where I can understand it and has been patient and is very trustworthy. He is easy to work with. He really tries to help you. He’s been great to work with!
