- RRRiley Roden2 days ago1.0Virginia law requires landlords to send itemized move‑out charges within 30 days. Woodlee Terrace did not send anything for almost a year. Then they randomly sent me a “delinquent invoice” 11 months later and threatened collections for charges they never disclosed. They openly admitted they lost the paperwork and were only sending invoices now because they “have to” for their books. This is not professional housing management. If you value transparency, professionalism, or basic competence, avoid this place.

She had an inappropriate attitude and appeared to be trying to get extra money out of me for no reason. Once Tatiana is gone, this might be a pleasant place to live. One star.

We put down a $300 deposit for an apartment we were interested in, but ultimately did not move forward—and they refused to return the money after telling us we would get the money back if we backed out.There was no clear explanation, no reasonable justification, and no effort to resolve the situation fairly. What made things even worse was dealing with the office manager Tatiana Little. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful every time we tried to ask about our deposit. Instead of providing answers or showing any professionalism, she made the situation more frustrating and stressful. Losing that amount of money with no transparency or accountability is incredibly upsetting. This experience felt dishonest and poorly managed. I strongly advise others to be very cautious before giving them any money.
