  I want to give Jeremy a big shout out for how helpful he was. This is only my second time going threw the renting process and not only did he manageþ to answer my several threw out the last few days. The apartment complex has an online system check list that personally found very helpful. My first apartment gave me a list of things that needed done with no instructions which was stressful to say the least. They even help you find way to move your stuff if you need the assistance. I also have a pretty demanding job while only having 3 days to get everyone done (this is only because I choose to have the move in date so soon not the offices fault.) I never had time the first few days to stop and call all the companies required until the day before and Jeremy managed to get everything done despite having to running between two leasing offices. I had lots of questions in person and it felt like he answered everything with honesty not like a sale pitch. I’d also like to add that my current apartment if fairly new but made with really cheap materials. It’s honestly an over priced junky place. My bath room has chest table and drawers that have warped and the first thing I noticed it just how much better the materials are in Windsor Apartment and even the appliances are so much nicer. I look forward to living here and can’t wait to have everything moved in. Thank you again for all the help Jeremy. You helped make a naturally stressful situation very smooth and simple process.

  Lori was very communicative and attentive throughout the whole leasing process. All the way from our guiding us through our initial tour, to accommodating us in the application process, it made finding our new place a breeze. Also whats great is that they also have a second property they own across the street thats worth checking out too if you can't find any available dates here.

  I have mixed reviews about this place. They have a lot of "hidden fees" when you sign a lease. Issue is if you live on a 2nd or 3rd floor, downstairs neighbors will complain a lot. Because apartment has wooden floor and makes lot of noises even for a small movement. Other than that quiet community, nice area and maintenance crew were responsive.

  The Office clerk, didn't know we had an appointment. They changed our due date to rent a ready place. Looks like they have a lot of work undone.
