  I secured an apartment at this location in early April. Paid $2,026.00 for rent and deposits. Two days before moving in on June 3rd, I am told my apartment would not be ready for another 3-4 weeks. I had to go find me another apartment to move into as I need it by next week. They said it would take 30 days to receive my refund. I went ahead and disputed the charges with my bank, in which they charged me $35 for a return check fee. Additionally, they would not refund the $75 application fee. I do not recomment this apartment complex to anyone.

  I had a great experience living at Springwoods, and a big part of that was thanks to Adriana Gomez in the leasing office. She is kind, professional, and always willing to help. Adriana made the leasing process smooth and stress-free and was always responsive whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Anytime I needed something, she made sure it was handled quickly and truly went above and beyond for residents. Her dedication and customer service make a real difference, and Springwoods is lucky to have her.

  I lived here for 2 yrs and made sure to see out my lease and made all payments on time. After my last month, I needed one more month to stay in order to get all my stuff out so I was placed on a month-to-month payment plan. When it was time for my to go, I was then told that I will have to make payments for 2 extra months despite not being on a lease and only staying one extra month on a month-to-month payment plan. Refusal from the leasing office to come to some type of resolution made them send my stuff to the debt collectors. I was late on a payment by a day and had a notice on my door the next day from their lawyers to take me to court! Not to mention how bad their maintenance personnel is. I had an issue with my door knob and for almost 2 years of staying there, this issue was never resolved. Their office staff are mean and so are the neighbors I lived with. They called the actual police on you for literally every issue. 1 out of 5, please go somewhere else with your money. DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE OF MIND.

  Horrible move out process, do not plan on getting any of your security deposit back. I was charged for fees such as month to month and utilities from the previous time frame dating back as far as May, when I moved out in August. All at once in Aug, it was taken from the security deposit. I was charged additional "rent" after rent was due which lead to me having a late fee on my account which was later credited back to my account and I was not made aware of it. They also proceeded to use that credit amount and my deposit to charge for painting. The apartment was given back in the same condition it was received. The maintenance walkthrough only showed that I would have to pay for general cleaning. However, they still charged me close to 300 for painting. Just skip this place altogether and find a better place to rent from. There are also several safety issues with fencing area, children and suspicious men walk and jump the fence to the neighboring neighborhood at all times of the day and night. The parking lot is constantly full of trash, my vehicle was vandalized by having the gas tank open while I was away on business travel. I came home numerous times to teenagers gambling in the parking lot until someone calls the police. Perhaps in the past, this was a good area to rent from, but I can strongly say based on experience, If your expectations are low or if you are desperate for an apartment at a low price and willing to forfeit your security deposit indefinitely than by all means sign up for a place here!
