- VAVictor AlmodovarJun 11, 20261.0I secured an apartment at this location in early April. Paid $2,026.00 for rent and deposits. Two days before moving in on June 3rd, I am told my apartment would not be ready for another 3-4 weeks. I had to go find me another apartment to move into as I need it by next week. They said it would take 30 days to receive my refund. I went ahead and disputed the charges with my bank, in which they charged me $35 for a return check fee. Additionally, they would not refund the $75 application fee. I do not recomment this apartment complex to anyone.
