  I had a wonderful experience working with Lois at Rolling Brook Village Apartments! From the very beginning, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the leasing process. She took the time to answer my questions, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. She was so patient, kind, and willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Finding a new home can be overwhelming, but Lois made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you, Lois, for your exceptional service and for making me feel welcomed at Rolling Brook Village. Your professionalism and dedication truly deserve recognition!   I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Rolling Brook Village so far. From the very beginning, Lois and Toby in the leasing office were absolutely phenomenal. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process, and they made sure every question or concern I had was addressed. Their communication and willingness to help made the entire move in process smooth and stress free. I’m also extremely impressed with the community itself. Everything has been very clean, well maintained, quiet, and peaceful, and my apartment was in great condition when I moved in. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in the property and in making residents feel welcome. A huge thank you to Lois and Toby for making such a great first impression and for going above and beyond to make this experience a positive one. I’m genuinely happy to call Rolling Brook Village home and couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to move here. Five stars without hesitation!

  Hey there, I first visited Rolling Brook Village in the spring, and the community honestly sells itself. From the beginning, I loved the area, how clean and well-maintained the homes are, and the overall sense of security the community provides. I also noticed that there are many professionals and families living here, which made it feel like a great fit for me and my family. My experience with the leasing office has been very positive. Communication has been easy, my questions and concerns have been addressed, and I truly appreciate how welcoming and helpful Yolanda has been throughout the process. Once all of my documents were submitted and verified, I was able to move forward and sign my lease smoothly. I’m officially getting ready to move in, and so far I already feel very welcomed. I’m looking forward to enjoying the amenities, settling into the community, and having the reassurance that I can count on the leasing office if any questions, concerns, or issues arise. I’ll definitely come back with a 6-month or 1-year update once I’ve had the opportunity to experience the community as a resident, but based on my leasing experience so far, I’m very happy with my decision and excited to call Rolling Brook Village home!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Yolanda! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly patient, informative, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. Apartment hunting can be stressful, but Yolanda made the experience feel so much easier. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently kind, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. You can tell that she truly cares about the people she works with and wants them to feel good about choosing their new home. Yolanda was honestly a huge part of the reason I ultimately chose Rolling Brook Apartments. The apartment itself was important, of course, but having such a positive experience with her made me feel like I was choosing a community where I would be taken care of. She is an absolute asset to Rolling Brook, and they are very lucky to have her. If you are considering moving here, I highly recommend asking for Yolanda. She deserves every one of these five stars and more! ❤️
