  Our HOA contracted with Julie and PMI Prince William after our previous management company had our financials and lack of contracts in total disarray. Julie’s team was able to get us on the right track. She helped us understand what appropriately needed to be in our budget, facilitates our board of Director meetings with clear and easy to understand packages. The entire PMI team is responsive, professional, on point, and so easy to work with. Our community has thrived under their management and would recommend them to any HOA.

  I have work with PMI Prince Williams for the past 4 years. Julie and Erin are just great to work with and for. They are super responsive and always answer my calls and emails (super fast) and you can tell they have a true passion and commitment for customer service and always being available for their customers. It's nice to work with a company that truly CARES about their customers and their vendors. The HOA's we manage that use PMI Prince William always say how great and "on top of things" they are. Super easy to work with and for!
