  TLDR:; This apartment complex has changed for worst and if you're living here or thinking about paying an insane amount, go somewhere else worth your money!!! TLWR:; Soo about a year and some change i made a review sort of raving about this place, and then new management took over. Let me tell you, don't waste your time. The apartments are falling apart, power keeps going out and not to mention you have neighbors who will pee on your patio!!!! Now, when I say falling apart; I've had flooding issues (which still have not been fixed) and my tubs vinyl is peeling and allowing rust/mold to grow in my tub (got fixed but it didn't work)! The office staff is attentive when you can find them, its difficult to locate staff or contact them cause they never answer phones. Alot of these units are damaged and have preexisting pest issues. And finally, between new tenants moving in, causing disruptions and urination on property AND management being almost AWOL and theyre only remedy is to "blanket statement" notices and emails.... YEA RUNNNNNNNN!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE WAS MUCH BETTER PLACES ALL AROUND!!!

  For the move in process I dealt with Noemi chicas at the leasing office. She made it as simple and straightforward as possible. She was very nice, replied to all questions in a timely manner and made me feel welcome. Last weekend I needed to submit a maintenance request and the service was also provided in a timely manner and efficiently. Thank you for everything you do for the community.

  I've recently moved into the property, with no complaints, and am very satisfied with the level of service, professionalism, and efficiency experienced from the Leasing Office. Specifically, Noemi has been extremely kind, helpful and responsive, and Iveta has been great - both maintained a level of professionalism that was very refreshing!
