  I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Ivy for making the transition into our new home as smooth and stress-free as possible. She was kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, and I truly appreciate the positive experience she provided. Unfortunately, my move-in day was not as pleasant as I had hoped. Upon arriving to pick up my folder and keys, I had an unpleasant interaction with another leasing agent. Rather than assisting me with the items I needed, she was confrontational and appeared more interested in arguing than helping resolve the situation. Additionally, she did not arrive on time, and I waited outside for approximately 10–20 minutes while she appeared to be preparing to leave again. With my movers already waiting at the new residence to unload my belongings, I had to get out of my vehicle and approach her directly to ask for my keys. The interaction was unnecessarily stressful, and I found her attitude and manner of communication to be rude and disrespectful. As a new resident, I expected to be welcomed with courtesy and professionalism, especially on such an important day. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations and added unnecessary frustration to what should have been an exciting milestone. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate management team and is taken seriously. While I am grateful for Ivy’s outstanding assistance, I believe the other leasing agent’s approach to customer service needs to be addressed. Every new resident deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns.   There was a leak from the apartment upstairs it was the toilet that backed up my carpet got soaked they came with a fan put on top of the carpet instead of lifting the carpet and put under so it would dry in the mean time my electric bill was going up cause it wouldn’t dry so I did it my self lift it the carpet and it dried right away I ask to replace the carpet cause it got wet with sewage water and there was moll u was Told they couldn’t do it cause I lifted the carpet myself so it would dry faster. This happened back in march I’ve been living like this since then as soon as my lease is up in April I’m leaving what a bad experience

  The maintenance team is probably the only good thing about this place. It smells like sewage whenever it rains. You get all the additional charges of owning a house like sewage and water fees. And beyond a pet deposit, they have pet rent now because of new management? I own a bird that costs 50$ and this place is charging me $50 a month for "pet rent." Also this place only has Comcast as an option for internet service. I thought it was just me but my dryer unit also takes several cycles to dry anything. They send maintenance to clean it but it really is just a bad unit. This used to be a very affordable place but my rent has hiked up so much I'm paying 1800+ a month for a non-renovated 1 bedroom apartment. Trust me, look for a different place. I'm leaving as soon as my lease is over. Now, I feel like it's unfair if I don’t mention some positives. I don't have a pest problem, maybe just an occasional silverfish and thats a huge plus for me. And like I mentioned earlier, the maintenance team is very kind and helpful. But that's about it, I just don't think this place is worth the rent.

  This is the most attentive, professional, & kindest staff I’ve ever worked with to get me into a new apartment! 💗 Every agent that I spoke with was so sweet & made me feel like a priority at every turn! I’m beyond impressed, & still so excited about how smooth my process has been, & I HAVE to recognize & thank Iveta for that. I’ve had the absolute pleasure of sealing the deal with her & she never fell short of expectation, or professionalism. She has been such a breath of fresh air during a very hectic search for the right community with a tiny window of time, & I couldn’t be more thankful for her! She met every need, answered every question with enthusiasm & patience, & addressed every concern that I had. Iveta is AMAZING all around & in under 72 hrs, I was preparing to move into & collect the keys to my new place! She also went above & beyond to tour my apartment for me, sent pics/videos as I was unable to due to work and communicated with me every step of the way. She picked out a beautiful unit for me, & her attention to detail/communication is a 10/10. LOVED the warm & inviting atmosphere that I was met with when I arrived move-in day, 💗 & I’m surrounded by very quiet & friendly neighbors. Thank you so much Iveta!! SO happy to be apart of the Misty Ridge community! And thank you for making this a happy, stress-free experience for me!! 💗

  Although I needed more space, they only had two-bedroom options available. I went for a tour, and Ivy was amazing—so understanding and caring. Because I have bad knees, she brought the cart up front so I would not have to walk far. She even took me by the hand to help me out. Her heart is pure gold.
