  Hands down the best experience in the area! Enrique, Leslie, and Shamicka are an amazing team — always caring, professional, and welcoming. They truly make residents feel at home and are always willing to help with anything needed. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and inviting, which reflects the pride they take in the community. A special thank you to Enrique for always helping me and going above and beyond whenever I need assistance. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly make a difference. Highly recommend this community!

  The tour given by Shamicka was impeccable she was super helpful and listed out all the benefits and available amenities of the property. I’m excited to put in an application once a property becomes available for the time frame I’m looking to move out on.

  I have renewed my lease for the first and last time. While I enjoy my apart men, the tenants can be quite trifling. Trash bags are left outside the door if the trash cute because they are too lazy to take it on the elevator to the trash can. The dog owners on my floor allow their dogs to urinate on the carpet resulting in stains and smells. The maintenance staff here is great, and they do a wonderful job keeping the grounds and building clean. I wish there was a way for management to make sure tenants follow rules to insure a clean environment for all. The carpet issue is disgusting and can be a health concern.

  Hello everyone, I hope this message gets to you all. I DO NOT recommend anyone this apartment because recently I toured one bedroom which I really liked and I told the leasing specialist Leslie that I will apply online the same day and will be moving in soon once everything is approved. I called back Monday asking for updates she was not there spoke to her other colleagues who did not help me with anything and said wait for Leslie to be back from her Vacation. I called back Wednesday asking for updates and Leslie said I already gave that apartment to someone else when I was the first person to apply and tour that one bedroom. Later it gets harder for me to get connected to her because every time I called she would leave on voice mail and not get back to me. The time she answered my call and said "I can no longer honor the price I gave you last weekend, all of our pricing has been updated and that price was for that week only." Their service was disgusting and their staff is disgusting too. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

  I’ve had a great experience living at Kensington Place Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and any concerns I’ve had have been handled quickly and professionally. One thing I really appreciated was how smooth my transfer to a larger apartment was. The process was seamless, and the staff made sure everything was handled efficiently, which made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy. What really makes this place stand out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. I especially want to highlight Enrique and Shamika, they go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just creating a welcoming environment, their dedication does not go unnoticed. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where you feel valued as a resident. I truly appreciate the level of customer service and attention to detail the team provides. I would definitely recommend Kensington Place Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.
