  I had such a wonderful experience touring Kensington Place! Shamika was truly the absolute best tour guide. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She answered every question I had thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable about the property, the units, and the community. She made the entire tour feel comfortable and never rushed me, which I really appreciated. The unit I viewed was very clean, spacious, and clearly well maintained. I was also really impressed by how clean and well kept the overall community was, including the apartment building and common areas. Everything felt cared for and inviting. Shamika definitely made my experience even better. Her kindness, patience, and knowledge left such a positive impression on me and really speaks highly of the community. Thank you, Shamika, for making my visit to Kensington Place such a great one!

  Leslie was great during our apartment tour! She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the property and made sure to explain everything clearly. The tour was relaxed, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. We really appreciated her patience and helpfulness throughout the process. Highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking for a great apartment tour experience!

  My experience was absolutely amazing. Shamicka was very attentive and answered every question I had with depth, and with my best interest at heart. I couldn’t have been happier. She did a great job with the tour and making me feel comfortable. The apartments clean, spacious, and completely up to date. I’m looking forward to being a resident

  I would not recommend living here. Management installed hardwood flooring in the apartment above mine, which significantly increased the noise. Shortly afterward, cracks appeared in my ceiling, and instead of taking responsibility, they charged me for the damage. In addition, I dealt with constant noise from the upstairs neighbors, including children running throughout all hours of the day including late night hours. Loud music was also heard during late night hours. I submitted multiple complaints and have proof that I reported these issues, but management failed to take any meaningful action. It was extremely frustrating to feel ignored while continuing to deal with excessive noise and damage to my apartment. Overall, my concerns were not taken seriously, and I was left paying for problems that I believe resulted from management's decisions.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company, especially after moving out. I was given only **10 days** to pay nearly **$3,000** in move-out charges, despite leaving the apartment in excellent condition. I have photos and videos documenting the condition of the unit at move-out, which did not reflect the amount I was being charged. Before I moved out, the Service Manager told me that my responsibility would be **$400 for carpet replacement**. However, I was later sent to collections for **$1,200** **without ever receiving a single bill in the mail, a phone call, an explanation of the charges, or an itemized breakdown of how that amount was calculated.** I was never given a fair opportunity to review or resolve the balance before it was turned over to a collection agency. I also chose the Rhino security deposit program because I understood it offered payment plan options. Despite that, I was never given the opportunity to use a payment plan for my move-out charges. Instead of working with me to resolve the balance, the account was sent to collections, negatively impacting my credit. Throughout the process, my goal was to communicate, make payments, and resolve the matter in good faith. Based on my experience, the communication, transparency, and handling of move-out charges were unacceptable. I cannot recommend this property management company and hope they improve the way they communicate with residents before taking actions that can have long-lasting financial consequences.
