  I love this place! I always have such a great experience here, and whenever I need help, I know I’m going to get it. Shamicka O’Neal was absolutely amazing! I had an issue that needed to be resolved, and she handled it so quickly and made the whole process so easy. She was super helpful, kind, and professional, and I really appreciated how attentive she was. It’s honestly refreshing to have someone who genuinely cares about helping residents. Shamicka definitely deserves recognition for her amazing customer service. 10/10 experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I have not lived here long been just over a month, but I’m so pleased. Wonderful and responsive office and maintenance staff. The complex is absolutely beautiful. The neighbors I have met have been kind. I am so pleased that I chose this apartment complex.

  When I first moved into this complex in 2018, I genuinely considered it a 5⭐️ community. Management was responsive, maintenance was reliable, and the property was well maintained. Unfortunately, over the last year and a half, my experience has declined to 1⭐️. Management has become rude and non-communicative, and the overall upkeep of the property has significantly deteriorated. The exterior of the building is not consistently kept clean, pieces of the building are visibly deteriorating/falling off, and I have witnessed maintenance staff smoking in the breezeways—even while residents receive notices reminding us that smoking in those areas is prohibited. The pool was especially disappointing this season. For approximately the first month it was open, it was noticeably dirty and poorly maintained. This was by far the worst pool season I have experienced since living here. What makes this particularly frustrating is that I KNOW how well this property can be managed because I experienced it firsthand when I moved here. For rent of $2,400+ per month, residents should be able to expect responsive management, consistent maintenance, clean common areas, and a property that is properly cared for. After living here since 2018, I unfortunately can no longer recommend this community. If you are considering spending $2,400+ a month on rent, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

  I had such a wonderful experience touring Kensington Place! Shamika was truly the absolute best tour guide. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She answered every question I had thoroughly and was extremely knowledgeable about the property, the units, and the community. She made the entire tour feel comfortable and never rushed me, which I really appreciated. The unit I viewed was very clean, spacious, and clearly well maintained. I was also really impressed by how clean and well kept the overall community was, including the apartment building and common areas. Everything felt cared for and inviting. Shamika definitely made my experience even better. Her kindness, patience, and knowledge left such a positive impression on me and really speaks highly of the community. Thank you, Shamika, for making my visit to Kensington Place such a great one!

  Leslie was great during our apartment tour! She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable about the property and made sure to explain everything clearly. The tour was relaxed, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. We really appreciated her patience and helpfulness throughout the process. Highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking for a great apartment tour experience!
