I have been trying to reach someone for a few months just to have a tour. I scheduled a tour and once I arrived, the office was closed. Nobody answers the phone and they close the office early! This is very poor management.

I would like to sincerely thank Patricia Basilis for her outstanding service and professionalism. When I moved into this community in mid-June 2026, she kindly guided me through the application process with patience and care.
What I appreciate most is that her support didn’t end after I moved in. She has continued to be helpful, friendly, and attentive whenever I’ve needed assistance.
Patricia truly makes residents feel welcome and valued. Thank you, Patricia, for your kindness and dedication! You definitely deserve 5 stars!

At this point, we have decided not to renew our lease, and honestly, the ongoing noise issues are a major reason for that decision.
We have been dealing with the upstairs neighbors’ subwoofer and excessive bass for far too long. I have complained twice to the previous management and once to the current management, yet the problem continues. Management has even sent notices to every unit regarding noise complaints and specifically reminded residents about sound systems and stereos, but it does not seem to have made much of a difference.
What makes this especially frustrating is that it can be completely quiet all day, and then suddenly in the late afternoon and evening, the bass starts. Sometimes it continues past 9 PM and even 10 PM. It is not just something you can easily ignore either—the constant low-frequency thumping travels directly through the floors and can go on for hours. Imagine coming home from work late, already exhausted, wanting nothing more than to relax in your own apartment, only to have to sit there listening to someone else's subwoofer thumping through the floor over and over again.
I have even spoken directly to the upstairs neighbors about it, but instead of the situation actually improving, the conversation was handled as though they were the ones being inconvenienced. That was incredibly frustrating.
At some point, residents should be able to expect basic consideration from the people living around them. Apartment living obviously comes with some normal noise, but having to repeatedly listen to heavy bass and a subwoofer for hours in the evening is not something anyone should simply have to put up with—especially after management has already been made aware of the issue multiple times.
What is even more frustrating is that management has acknowledged the noise concerns by sending community-wide notices, yet there doesn't appear to be enough follow-through when the same problems continue. If there are rules regarding excessive noise and sound systems, those rules need to actually be enforced consistently. Written warnings and appropriate action should mean something when residents repeatedly disregard those policies.
Unfortunately, after dealing with this for so long, we are simply done. We should not have to come home from work and dread whether we're going to spend the evening listening to someone else's bass thumping through our ceiling. The lack of consideration from some neighbors, combined with what feels like insufficient enforcement, has made our decision not to renew our lease an easy one.
