  Doris Guzman she very good. I've been living county center by 11 years but she's the best she works fast. She answered all the question very good. I recommend her because she's good. The best worker very smart

  I would recommend applying to this apartment community. I was very nervous when I applied but Doris made the application process so smooth and simple. She was so helpful and patient, especially with the amount of questions I had. She was transparent about the properties policies and regulations, which I appreciate upfront before I move in. The tour was excellent and not rushed, which I appreciated. Doris really made this application process so easy for my family and I. It truly felt like she took our best interest in mind. Most apartments beg for applicants to move-in without caring if it is the best for them or not, but I did not get that feeling with this community! I never felt rushed into applying but more of a welcoming presence, which definitely made me want to apply even more (:

  I am writing this review to warn other residents about my experience with the leasing office at County Center Crossing. When I moved in, the leasing office provided me with a welcome letter explaining that the security deposit was equal to one month’s rent ($1929). I was told that if I could not pay the full amount immediately, I could pay half at move-in and complete the rest through monthly $19 payments. I followed the exact instructions given by the leasing staff. At move-in, I paid the required amount and continued making the $19 monthly payments as instructed. The employee who handled my move-in confirmed that these payments were being recorded and would be applied toward the total security deposit. However, that employee no longer works at the property. The new management is now refusing to recognize these payments and claims that only $500 was recorded as my security deposit, even though I have documentation including the welcome letter and payment receipts. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and confusion. Residents should not be held responsible for internal errors, miscommunication, or record-keeping issues caused by staff. I strongly recommend that anyone moving here carefully review all documents and keep copies of every payment and instruction provided by the leasing office

  This place was good a couple years ago, lately is nasty, trash and dog poop everywhere. Kids playing in parking lot unsupervised and crossing in front of moving vehicles "very dangerous" I have seen kids throwing rocks at the parking lot full of vehicles. Resident do not respect the quite hours at nigh either. DO NOT expect peace here. Ah and rent keeps going up for no reason !
