  I came in to talk about renting an apartment, and McKinzie was so helpful. She spoke with me about what the property had to offer in terms of amenities and community events. The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The pool is perfect for a relaxing day with a nice grilling area, and the gym has everything you need for a workout without the cost of a gym membership. I highly recommend this complex, and be sure to ask for McKinzie when you go in.

  We have had an amazing experience with Spotswood Commons. When we received our tour earlier this year from Lita, she was extremely helpful and resourceful, and she answered all of our questions. When we weren’t able to see the unit in which we are currently living (because we hadn’t originally scheduled it with Lita), Ashley was very helpful in letting us see that unit before we moved in. When we moved in, they were so helpful with getting us situated with keys and parking stickers and with telling how to move in and what to do. Moving in general is never the easiest thing, but the front office team made it that much easier. Since we moved in, we have had a couple of issues with our dryer, Jimmy, from the maintenance team, was very patient and helpful to us in fixing it and communicating to us the issues. Over the last 6 months, we have family and friends spend the night or a couple of nights with us, and the team at the front office have been very kind and helpful with getting us situated with parking passes and such. The gym is a great amenity. My wife and I use it often. There are times when the sanitary wipes aren’t refilled and we have no other option when it comes to wiping down the equipment after we use it, but those instances are few and far between. For the most part, they stay stocked and the equipment is well-maintained. On only a couple of occasions, we haven’t been able to reach out to the front office. My wife and I would send an email or call and not hear back. Then we would call again a little later in the day or the next day, and then they would explain that we emailed the wrong email address. In the beginning, it was a little confusing as to which email to send to, but as I said, it only occurred a couple of times. Overall, we have had a great experience living in Spotswood Commons, and we are grateful to every one on the team who has been there for us since we moved in.
