  Very unorganized, with horrible communication. I never received the link for my virtual tour, even after it was rescheduled. When I explained that I no longer wanted to move forward because the link still hadn’t been sent, their response was simply, “Okay, I’ll take you off the schedule.” There was no attempt to fix the issue, apologize, or show any concern. Please don’t come underneath this review trying to show sympathy now. Your first point of communication showed me how situations are handled, and it raised serious concerns about how tenants are treated when issues inside their units need to be addressed. If basic communication and scheduling couldn’t be managed before I even became a tenant, I couldn’t trust that more serious concerns would be handled properly. That is ultimately why I decided not to move forward.

  Avoid at all costs! Facilities management is awful! AC in apartment has been broken since 6/29. Part is still “on its way” and it’s now 9/3. Part is under warranty - I offered to pay for labor to have the AC fixed. I asked to speak to the corporate project manager and they refused to give me the contact information.

  First stop at the office very helpful. Opening the doors was the only weird lock thing that we ran into. But very pleased to see the place was clean with no issues to report. Everything was working and it looked good.

  Before reading further; please be reminded that in total (all fees including rent) I am paying around $2000/month for a 1B/1b apartment. Someone else was in the process of moving into my room as they thought it had been assigned to them. Either with erroneous fob access or the door being unlocked before move-in. Room was quite dirty from previous tenant. This included hair, copious dust and (paint/drywall particles ?). There had been something shoved into the sink drain by previous tenant that had not been removed by staff. Many...many gnats and bugs in apartment. AC and appliances all work, although Dishwasher had mold and needed to be cleaned before use and humidity rises extremely fast without AC on. TLDR, for the cost of living here, it is unfortunate that my apartment had obviously not been cleaned properly for many weeks/months before move in. Wins: lots of room, nice windows and balcony. Once thoroughly cleaned and I've resolved the bug issue, it will be a very nice space.

  Safety of students was evidently not Current Midtown’s priority. My apartment’s front door lock doesn’t lock from the outside, and my bedroom door doesn’t lock at all since its lock mechanism is broken. There was hair already in the sink when I moved in, causing it to clog, my refrigerator might be broken, my closet doors are of the track and my bathroom door’s upper hinge is falling off the wall.
