  I bought my house with an Abbitt agent and 29 years later I sold with an Abbitt agent. Susan, who is no longer working there, helped me to buy in 1997. Christina just recently helped me to sell the house. I spoke with Christina on the phone one afternoon and she showed up later the same day with the price. I really had no idea that the house could sell for that price but the winning bid came in a little over. Communication was exceptional through the whole process. I learned within a day or 2 just to chill and follow her lead. There were a couple of things that popped up but her confidence was contagious and I never had any doubts.

  Ashley Tarter was amazing during the home buying process! She was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely proactive. She also ensured open and frequent communication, which was tremendously helpful as I was buying from out of town. Even after closing, Ashley has been great helping me work with service providers in town. I would highly recommend Abbitt Realty and Ashley!
