  Britney is AMAZING! My partner and I ran into numerous problems (our fault) when submitting our application and Britney was SO patient and helpful. She always made us feel like our questions and mistakes were no problem at all and reassured us that she was happy to help. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. She has given us the best experience we’ve had since we started looking for an apartment, we really appreciate her help and patience.

  Spring Water apartments staff is amazing. From service to the office they are always on top of everything. Had an AC issue and it was handled professionally and quickly. Great place to live!!

  We moved to VB for work in 2025 and were shocked how bad housing there. Lucky us we’ve found SW. The apartments itself pretty decent and recently have been renovated. I haven’t used any other amenities except gym, so can’t say a lot. I want to give credit for Spring Water team. They helped us to resolve everything that came up. I appreciate their work, y’all great people. P.S. Enjoy attached video of early morning view and birds singing.

  I am deeply dissatisfied. I pay over $2000 a month in rent and I receive no help from office staff and no help when calling and e-mailing cooperate. For this to be considered a luxury apartment, I am truly appalled. This company treats you like a second class citizen when they avoid answer the phone or giving call backs. I have only lived here for 6 months so far and I have had issues since moving in. The office staff and maintenance staff will try to gaslight you into feeling like you're going crazy and then will never apologize for it or make amends to get the issue corrected. The then property manager, Raniey is a horrible property manager who is very rude and disrespectful to the residents. Ms. Rainy is now the district manager which makes it even worse. It doesn't matter if you pay your rent on time here, they will still treat you like a number or use you for your money. If I could break my lease I would, because the amount of disrespect / gas lighting I have received here since moving in is ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. Please I warn you, while the move in special may feel to good to pass on, please do. It is to good to be true here. The only positive thing I can write about this property is that they do keeps the community nice and clean, however, peace of mind is better than that. There are way better luxury communities in the area worth your money and your time.
