I lived at Springwater from 2025–2026 and had a mixed experience overall. The apartments themselves were generally fine, but there were a few issues during our stay. One of the main issues was a strong smoke odor coming from neighboring apartments and entering ours through the ventilation. We reported the issue to management multiple times. Later, we experienced a similar issue with new neighbors for a period of time. The move-out process also took some effort. We contacted management several times by phone and email regarding our final bill before everything was eventually settled. Overall, our experience was mixed. The apartments and maintenance were generally fine, but there were some issues with odors and communication. I would recommend carefully checking the apartment before moving in, documenting any issues, and keeping records of communication with management.

Britney is AMAZING! My partner and I ran into numerous problems (our fault) when submitting our application and Britney was SO patient and helpful. She always made us feel like our questions and mistakes were no problem at all and reassured us that she was happy to help. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable throughout the process. She has given us the best experience we’ve had since we started looking for an apartment, we really appreciate her help and patience.
