  This was the worst complex I have ever lived at!! Too many incidents happen on their property and management does nothing about it. I would rather live homeless on the street before living in this complex again!!!

  Paid for two applications and the admin fee and never received a response back on if I was approved. Very unprofessional and a scam

  Only reason you should ever consider living here is if they are the cheapest apartments you can get. Maintenance is non existent: the entry door to our building was broken for the entire time I rented here despite numerous complaints. There is a serious roach problem in multiple different buildings. The "dog park" listed as an amenity is a fenced in dirt area that is not ever maintained by staff. The most interaction you will ever receive from the landlord company is a threatening note on your door about things other tenants have been doing in communal areas. The staff that works in the rental office are very nice and understanding, it is not in any way their fault but their bosses'. Also, the parking lot flooding issue has not been fixed, it is impassable for smaller cars after a heavy rain. Terrible apartments, avoid at all costs because it's not worth even the cheap price they've set.

  The rental process from beginning to end has been great. Caitlin has done such a great job with communication with me about my move especially since we were coming from out of state. She was flexible with me and kept me updated with the date changes and amounts needed. Even Jody has been fantastic throughout this process. Made my move less stressful. I appreciate it.

  This is my first apartment and I been living here for about 3 months. The office people are really friendly. Katelyn was a huge help when I moved in and answered all the questions I needed. The maintenance man Love is friendly and does great work.
