  I would NOT recommend renting from this management company. While my apartment is cute and affordable, the customer service and maintenance experience have been extremely disappointing. Maintenance requests are often met with poor communication, incomplete repairs, and little attention to the photos or details submitted through the resident portal. It took months just to get a trash can; they had 3 units sharing! I've been waiting weeks for a replacement screen door after even offering to pay for it. When I followed up, I was met with a rude response instead of a solution. As a tenant who pays rent on time and takes care of my home, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

  We had been searching and searching for a rental. Every corner we turned was either a scam or no return call or a flat out no we cannot help. Until we came across Patti with PMI. We looked at one their properties and instantly wanted it. Unfortunately someone beat us to that property but Patti and everyone else with PMI were really quick to help us find another one. We had been staying in a hotel for going on two weeks and we are finally able to get into a home. Thank you PMI!

  I haven't received my deposit for almost 2 months since I checked out and took me off the rental portal without confirmation. No email or contact.

  I’ve been in my property for almost 5 years come February and I absolutely love this realtor agency. Everytime I call with an issue they come soon as possible to get it resolved. If I could give them 10 stars I would I love them ❤️

  I had the pleasure of working with Melissa Pulling on the opposite side of a recent transaction, where I represented the buyer and she represented the seller. Given the circumstances, it was a deal that could have easily fallen apart, but Melissa’s professionalism and expertise helped keep everything on track. Melissa is incredibly knowledgeable about contracts, attentive to every deadline, and an excellent communicator. She handled every aspect of the transaction with confidence and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. As a fellow Realtor, I truly admire the way Melissa conducts business and advocates for her clients. She represents her sellers exceptionally well, and I would have complete confidence in trusting her to sell a home. Working with her was a fantastic experience, and I would welcome the opportunity to do so again.
