  Don't bother renting here. It has been a nightmare, from the incompetent two-faced lying office staff, the atrocious cost of rent for a mediocre unit, the amenities; which majority of them are broken, the constant noise of jets flying over, the influx of cockroaches, and much more. Unit flooded twice. Did they care? Absolutely not. They're slow to respond to any requests, no matter the urgency. Unit also had mold, which they just covered up. The units are not worth the price, not even half the price. The streets around the complex are cluttered with cars, many of which are broken down. Drug deals happen everyday. I recently saw on their Facebook that this complex was awarded an award for best amenities, which is funny considering many don't work. Don't get me started on the BS fees we pay on top of the already high rent. Don't believe a word any of the office staff tells you, and get everything in writing, which thankfully we did. They want to play games. Guess what? We can, too! To the front office staff and management; you should really be careful what you put in writing. These photos show how the unit looked upon moving in. This is what you're paying for! Shoddy craftsmanship, bugs everywhere. The flooding caused the floors to warp. Once you sign the lease, they don't care what happens. Heed this warning; do not rent here!

  Positives: Good location, decent view, the pool was nice. Negatives: Constant issues with our AC during the summer, it constantly stopped working and needed to be fixed. We had to get a hotel a few nights because we had a new born, and of course we were not reimbursed. Once we found a new place, we still had a few months left on our lease. Management clearly told us we would not get charged for breaking our lease due to all the issues with the AC. Before our last day in the apartment, we still had a bed frame and mattress, a few condiments in the refrigerator, and a couple items in the apartment, we asked for a few extra days to clear it out, again management told us not to worry about it. Well a few months later we received a bill for over $5000 for the breaking of the lease, the items left in the apartment, and for the cleaning of the apartment. We were also charged for a closet door being removed, which is wrong because maintenance in fact removed the closet door for us. The charges were described as if we damaged the apartment, there was no damages whatsoever, everything we left, we were clearly told that it was okay. So I called management, they said they didn't make the decision, the apartment company dia. So I called them, they said it was management. I continued getting sent back and forth between the apartment management and the apartment company, no one wanted to take responsibility and say we were given false information by the employees. Instead they just kept going back to the details of the lease, and what the apartment management told us doesn't mean anything. So now we're stuck with a $5000 bill. This place is not worth the trouble, it will end up costing you way more than fair. I know this isn't the only review like this. I should have taken them seriously when I read them before I moved in. I wouldn't recommend living here.

  I’ve lived here for years and have nothing but great things to say about the entire maintenance crew. Austin helped me out on a Saturday in an emergency situation and I am so so appreciative! They are kind, responsive, and really make all the difference.
