I didn’t know that there is a $75 charge for key fob and it didn’t bother me.Since I moved to linkhorn bay , I have never used swimming pool or fitness center. The person that I talked to at leasing office today , wasn’t really nice and professional the way that she talked to me and explained it to me. She didn’t even ask who I am or my adress . I didn’t feel comfortable at the office . Nobady welcomes u or say hi , how are u ? It feels like they don’t want to be bothered.
- DDDayshaMay 24, 20261.0HORRIBLE! I have put in maintnece requests for my leaking ceiling 3xs now. I HAVE YET TO SPEAK WITH A LEASING AGENT OR ANYONE IN THE OFFICE REGARDING THIS ISSUE. Maintenance keeps getting sent out to fix the ceiling and apparently a contractor is needed to fix the roof but that hasn’t happened and this has been an issue since APRIL. I will not be paying any rent and at this point, I want out of this lease. I’m sure there’s a clause regarding negligence of upkeep anyway. FIX THE ROOF ASAP! This is insane

The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of space. It really feels like a place you can comfortably call home. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From the very beginning, the whole process, from touring to moving in, was smooth and stress-free thanks to how organized and responsive the team is. I especially want to mention Carly, who has been absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to help with anything you need, always responds quickly, and does it all with such a positive attitude. I highly recommend working with Carly She’s incredibly helpful and truly makes the whole experience so much easier. Overall, this is a wonderful place to live with a great community feel, excellent management, and beautiful apartments. I’m really happy I chose to live here!

Julianna made our move in process smooth and efficient. Like any place, there are small things that come up, but nothing major. It’s been a comfortable place to call home.
