- LCLtanja ClarkMay 14, 20262.0Management doesn't keep up with the inside. Roach infested, so be prepared. Management can be condescending and aggressive. Rent increase EVERY year. No incentive for resigning your lease. Many floods here in apartments. You have to make your own living space pest free (manageable) and make the most of your living space. I enjoy my living space (2 Bedroom) 1300. Do what makes life comfortable for you.

I visited several local 55+ complexes and was turned off by hidden fees, locations advertising convenient shopping and delivering road noise and dangerous traffic crossings to access the grocery store, "utility bundles" and even an unexplained tech fee. Jamestown Commons has truly accessible shopping and a rental agreement assigning reasonable Independent Living responsibilities of quiet hours, parking, pest control and sanitation. Management addresses even difficult resident concerns, setting the community apart from others.
