  Community Group is a great condo association management group. They are quick to respond. You can actually get ahold of someone same day. They communicate, keep up with residents and condo premises. Highly recommend a group that actually cares about their residents.

  5/28/26: 100/100 service! i’ve lived in the area for over 25 years, and i honestly don’t know why i waited so long to get a key fob for my neighborhood’s tennis courts and pool, but i’m so glad i finally did! connie cake was able to help me in less than a week, and i was able to pick it up at the bonney road location. i believe the employee at the front desk was named maria (i'm so sorry if it wasn't), and she was so nice and welcoming! overall, wonderful service. thank you so much!

  I had a very positive experience working with Terri Mitchell, Property Manager at Associa Community Group. Terri was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She communicated clearly, followed up on concerns, and helped keep things moving toward resolution in a timely manner. Managing property issues can be stressful, but Terri’s attention to detail and willingness to assist made the process much easier. I appreciate her professionalism and the support she provided.   Ms.Sandra Brooks is very kind, and helpful! She has helped me on a number of occasions in the past. She is very pleasant and has put my mind at ease when I experienced anxiety concerning a loss payment! I'm glad to know she's part of the Community Group team! Thank you!
