  Community group on Barney Road as a whole is a very good Property Management company. With that being said there are some issues. I have worked with three different property managers throughout the years. I would consider Terry Mitchell to be the gold standard for community group. Donna bedoni did a decent job. And I believe Dana Hammer can do the job with proper motivation. On the management side I would say Walter Campbell is an outstanding manager. Have not dealt with Courtney so I can't honestly say much. The receptionist at the front desk do an incredible job. And even if your manager is not in everyone else's willing to step up.

  Dina Hamer and Donna Bodony are awesome. They are always very supportive. Kudos to these two young ladies!!!

  Call for the last eight days and got no response after being forced to only leave a message . No response at all from the person …not even surprised. As this is not my first time having a terrible experience with them

  Community Group is a great condo association management group. They are quick to respond. You can actually get ahold of someone same day. They communicate, keep up with residents and condo premises. Highly recommend a group that actually cares about their residents.

  5/28/26: 100/100 service! i’ve lived in the area for over 25 years, and i honestly don’t know why i waited so long to get a key fob for my neighborhood’s tennis courts and pool, but i’m so glad i finally did! connie cake was able to help me in less than a week, and i was able to pick it up at the bonney road location. i believe the employee at the front desk was named maria (i'm so sorry if it wasn't), and she was so nice and welcoming! overall, wonderful service. thank you so much!
