This property is hands down one of the best apartment communities in Virginia Beach. The apartments have spacious closets, high ceilings, updated flooring, and attractive paint colors that make them feel much more like a home than your typical apartment. The gated access is also a huge plus. The maintenance team is responsive and does a great job, and the office staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help. It's easy to see why this community stays so full. I especially can't say enough good things about Licie. She has always been incredibly professional, communicative, and helpful. She keeps residents informed every step of the way and genuinely cares about the community and the people who live here. Her dedication and attention to detail make a huge difference, and it's clear that her hard work plays a big part in what makes this property such a great place to live. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the Virginia Beach area!

No returned calls and can't get a person. My daughter attends Regent Univ but we live in MD. Before leaving, we visited the apartment complex. Staff was friendly. However, after we left for MD, we have not been able to talk to a person. My daughter and I have called multiple times. She filled out an application and we haven't been able to talk to a person about the application with some questions. The application was 'cancelled' without explanation just recently. More phone calls...no person...voicemails not returned. We don't even know if there is something available in the timeframe when she would be moving back for Fall Semester. Hard to figure that out without talking to a person. Very frustrating experience thus far. If you select Option 1, you get a person that can only answer what is already available on the website...they are unable to answer questions about availability and applications and there is a bit of a language barrier with Option 1. Option 5, which I believe is what we need gets a voicemail that apparently isn't responded to. Not a person. Options 2-4 do not get what is needed.

I moved in a month ago with the help of Rebecca the application process was easy. Since moving into Centerville Manor apartments, I have come to love the area that it sits in, the scenery that it falls under and the quick turnaround times on work orders with maintenance. Since moving here I have come with terms that this was a good decision.

Application process was online and very user friendly, walks you through the process step by step which is great. Plus I had good communication with the staff throughout my application for all my questions. Rebecca, the assistant property manager was on top of getting my paperwork done and organized so I was able to move in quickly so greatly appreciated!
