  there’s one maintenance man so fixed happen slowly, and half done because he has to care for the entire complex by himself. His help quits after less than a year(that’s telling.) Plumbing sucks, i moved in and had a leak under my kitchen sink, then the upstairs neighbor had a leak under their kitchen sink, the pipes are built weird so, at least, once a quarter the toilets in mine and my neighbors apartments will flood. Essence that works in the leasing office is really rude. There’s so security deposit but the buyout fee is TWO TIMES the base rent. They opened the pool three weeks late this year and the area isn’t the best. There’s a class action law suit in place because they were charging residents with hidden or misleading fees. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

  Very accommodating. I didnt have an appointment but they immediately stopped whatvthey were doing to answer my questions and show me the demo apartment. It looked great. Thank you fkr the great customer service, it was greatly appreciated

  The place isn't bad but 2 burners on my oven haven't been working for months and they've told me that they can't figure out why and just won't replace the whole oven
