The girl at at the front desk was not knowledgeable on the offerings and told me that I would have to wait an “hour or so” for a tour and that she couldn’t do a tour. Won’t ever be visiting here again.

The general vibe feels more like a bag of sugar on top of ant hill than a space for getting work done. The level of activity could become white noise, but for meetings it was distracting as the halls around the glass walled conference rooms had constant motion and were distracting. I guess I don't get it. Why go for such a busy place to accomplish the goals of your business? There are nice affordable office suites a short drive away.
