  I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s entirely underwhelming. You are DEFINITELY paying for location. The floors in the unit have broken cement subfloor (if there’s carpet be aware), the exteriors are in need of some desperate love and attention. Be aware, you pay a $350 amenity fee every year for Amazon Package lockers and a pool. Seems a tad excessive. The office seems to randomly close frequently but they’re “available remotely” which made me wonder, is there on site management? Lol. The structures inside crack and split as the seasons change. It’s not a big deal-just makes it look a little low-budget vs luxury. The bathroom mirrors are an illusion, they’re kind of cheap frames around a mirror. Lastly, pay attention to what your promised in your unit and be sure you know. They TRIED to pull a fast one on me until I sent some emails of what I was told in my unit. In the 3D tour thing it showed one thing and I verified in email what was in the unit. When I moved in, A VERY different bathroom than I was promised. They tried to say, “too bad” until I dug up my emails. Then they acquiesced (once I CCed the regional manager). Not cool. I just think there are better options in the area for just a little more. My opinions - do with it as you please 😁 The property manager changed and they seem pretty chill. The previous one was non-responsive and rude.

  Martin and Cesar are the best! The property is conveniently located in the heart of Tysons Corner. Friendly staff and maintenance is prompt to fix any issues. David is great! Great Community!
